Unemployment undergraduate and diploma itself can be divided into two categories, there are unemployed undergraduates and diplomas that come from college graduates who have an interest in entrepreneurship and who do not have an interest in entrepreneurship. Business incubators in various universities are more suitable to be directed at reducing the potential for undergraduate and diploma unemployment, which during their time became students who had an interest in entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, the number of tertiary business incubators in Indonesia is currently still limited; it’s only 80 universities having business incubators and tenants from the total of 4,504 tertiary units in Indonesia.

This study uses a snowball sampling method of 200 respondents and analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model. The results showed the variable creativity has an influence on customer value by maintaining modern patterns and images, innovation variables have an influence on customer value so that craftsmen can provide maximum value for batik customers, customer value variables have an influence on company performance, creativity variables affect marketing performance through customer value, innovation variables affect marketing performance through customer value.

The choice of terms which are very elitist will 011/y target certain circles. The government's communication strategy during this pandemic certainly creates new problems. One of the impacts arising from the government's elitist communication approach is the emergence of a11 information gap between the upper middle class and lower middle class which has a systemic impact, for example the panic buying phenomenon ahead of the implementation of the Social Restrictions Large-Scale (PSBB). /11 linguistics, an information (discourse) can be framed with topicalization techniques. This technique is a strategyfor promoting information that will be highlighted. The part of the information that has a higher negative meaning burden tends to be not highlighted. The issue ofthe increase in positive cases ofCovid-19 does 1101 seem too prominent.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF CAPITAL AND LIQUIDITY FACTORS ON FIRM ASSETS IN THE PROPERTY AND REAL ESTATE SUB SECTOR IN INDONESIA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Nugraha, Nugi Mohammad; Damayanthi, Kemala; Nugraha, Deden Novan SetiawanThe National Property Index showed fluctuating symptoms during the research period caused by research the high interest of the community to have fixed assets, especially in the housing sector amid a climate of uncertainty over the new post-election government policy. This research aims to determine the factors of capital and smooth liquidity on the development of assets in the property and real estate sub-sector companies in Indonesia from 2014 to 2018. The research method used quantitative analysis with purposive sampling as many as 26 companies. The Panel data regression analysis at the 5% significance level was implemented through the Eviews9 application program. The results of the research stated that the capital and smooth liquidity factors did not affect the development of the company's assets simultaneously. Likewise, the results of the analysis individually (partial), these two factors there are: Capital and liquidity does not affect the increase in company assets.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF FUNDING, INVESTMENT AND DIVIDEND POLICIES ON FIRM VALUE IN THE MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY SECTORS(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Nugraha, Nugi Mohammad; Nugraha, Deden Novan Setiawan; Sapitri, SelaThis research aims to analyze the effect of funding, investment, and dividend policies on firm value in the manufacturing sector for the period 2014 to 2018. This research used a quantitative descriptive method with a total sample of 15 companies in the manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data processing used the program Eviews-10. The results showed that the reduction in policy with a tcount of 1,180 was smaller than 1,993 (1,180 ≤ 1,993), indicating that there was no significant effect on firm value, investment decisions with a tcount of -0.071 were greater than -1.993 (-0.071 ≥ -1.993, shows a significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy with a tcount of 3,343 is greater than 1,993 (3,343 ≥ 1,993), indicating a significant effect on firm value. Policy, investment decision, and dividend policy simultaneously with Fcount 833.189 is greater than 3.13 (Ftable) (33.189 > 3.13), indicating a significant effect on firm value.

The main objective of a business is to sell products and services for a profit. Social media advertising can also assist consumers in making decisions regarding the products and services to be purchased and consumers can confirm or have an overview of the services that will be obtained so that they are of interest to visitors. This research method is a survey with a quantitative analysis approach. The objective is to examine the influence of Social Media Advertising, Consumer Trust in Hotel Visiting Interest in West Java during the Pandemic Era. The variables in this research consist of independent variables and dependent variables. Independent variable is a variable whose value affects the value of other variables or variables that cause changes or changes in the dependent variable. (The independent variables used in this study are Social Media Advertising (X1) and Consumer Trust (X2). While the dependent variable is the variable that is influenced or becomes a result of the independent variable. Where the dependent variable of this study is visiting interest (Y The method of data collection used a questionnaire instrument with 100 respondents from West Java. The method used was simple random sampling with an error rate of 5%. The data were processed and analyzed using the SPSS for Windows 21.0 series software. The results showed that social media advertising variables and consumer trust had a significant effect on visiting interest. Based on these results, it can be ascertained that social media advertisements affect the interest in visiting hotels in West Java.

- ItemTHE EFFECTS OF CAPITAL STRUCTURE AND GOOD CORPORATE GOVERNANCE ON COMPANY VALUE(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Utami, Eristy Minda; Nuryani, Fani; Nugraha, Deden Novan SetiawanThis study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure and good corporate governance on firm value in the plantation subsector listed on the IDX for the period 2012-2016. Capital structure is measured by debt to equity ratio, good corporate governance measured by independent commissioners and institutional ownership, and company value is measured by Tobin’s Q. The research method used is descriptive statistical method. The tests performed consist of classical assumption tests, panel data tests, F tests and t tests. The population in this study is the plantation sub-sector companies listed on the Stock Exchange in the period of 2012-2016 as many as 16 companies. The selection of samples used is purposive sampling method, with the number of sample companies, namely as many as 9 companies. The data analysis used is panel data regression analysis with multiple linear regression methods at a significance level of 5%. The results showed that capital structure as measured by debt to equity ratio had a positive effect on firm value, good corporate governance (GCG) as measured by independent commissioners had no effect on company value, and good corporate governance as measured by institutional ownership had a positive effect on firm value.

Zalora provides an innovation in the form of the application of artificial intelligence to provide a more memorable shopping experience. The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of electronic service quality in increasing consumer interest in shopping again at Zalora Indonesia. The population in this research are consumers who have shopped at Zalora. The analytical method used is the test spearman rank correlation coefficient, t test and determination coefficient test. The research finding that the quality of electronic services contributes to consumer interest in repeat buyers by 79.03%.
- ItemTHE INFLUENCE OF STOCK PRICES AND TRADING VOLUME ON ABNORMAL RETURN OF LQ45 SHARES PRE AND POST 2019 ELECTION(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Nugraha, Nugi Mohammad; Nugraha, Deden Novan SetiawanThis research analyzed the effect of stock prices and trading volume levels on abnormal returns on the Indonesian stock exchange during the period from April 2019 to June 2019. This research used the market-adjusted model method and the Kolmogorov Smirnov normality test with a sample size of 45 companies with the largest market capitalization and transaction value highest on the regular market in the last 12 months. For data processing used the SPSS-24 program. The results showed that the stock price after the announcement of the election was, on average, smaller than the pre-election announcement period. This shows that the condition of stock price returns at the pre-announcement point is decreasing and has a longer time than when the condition of the stock price decline. Meanwhile, the condition of trading volume before and after the announcement of the election results tends to decline, although not significantly. The average post-election announcement abnormal return is smaller than the pre-election announcement period. This indicates an unfavorable abnormal return after the election announcement for investors, which has an impact on the final transaction decision.

This attitude can be anchored by different lexical markers, namely in the form of words, phrases, or clauses. Modalities are in the semantic level which means they can appear in all languages with their respective expressions. By using descriptive method, this research describes the modal idiom have got to in English modalities and Indonesian based on its structure and meaning. The data was taken in various written language of the novel in English and in Indonesian. The results showed that the types of meanings modal idiom have got to exist in epistemic and deontic modalities. Epistemic modalities are subjective because they involve the beliefs and knowledge of speakers, while deontic modalities are subjective because speakers are involved in an authority.

Language represents strength and is very instrumental in achieving national goals as well international of a nation. Superintensive use of language, including therein the abuse of language in its various aspects is so prominent in the world of politics in America. In the era of market and information globalization, it is difficult to imagine a forum or political communication platform that is free from market or state influence. The product of fighting and political engineering has given rise to a more power structure emphasizing the larger executive role. Some of the language distortions in political communication are language as a mask and language as representation, and language as ideology. The language used among other things, therefore the power held by the rulers can still survive. The availability of public space will be effective in generating counter discourse if balanced with structural changes in society, especially regarding relationships between the elite and the masses. This research describes the choice of words spoken by the political elite in representing their power. The data in this study are Donald Trump's remarks relating to power. The data source in this study is the Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA).

During the ten years of his journey, Wujil has not found the true truth about the nature of divinity and the meaning of his existence in the universe even though he has studied various kinds of science and knowledge. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive with Roland Barthes's semiotics as the main instrument for analyzing data. The identified sign system is interpreted in two stages of significance (language level and myth level). Oriented to the core myths of Sufism, the illustrated rules of Makrifatullah are divided into four categories; the introduction stage (a human being must escape in understanding one's own authenticity in order to reach the highest epistemology in the universe,, search plan (the depth of the heart of a human being is a sacred place where divine nature is buried as the greatest secret (sirru sirr), the practice of reaching Makrifatullah must be totality and continuity through words (qouli), deeds (fi'li), mind (aqli), and heart (qolbu), and reflection of application (awareness of tolerance among fellow creatures (habluminannas) as the result of perfect understanding of the reality of divinity (habluminallah).

The choice of good teaching technique can encourage the students to learn well. In the implementing in the classroom, the use of technique in teaching is always related to the transfer of suitable materials that can interest and motivate students in learning English. The use of teaching technique is also related to the evaluation technique that is used to measure the efectiveness of trhe teaching speaking itself, and it can be proved by seeing the sudents ability in speaking English.The researcher tries to find out and described the teaching techniques used by the teacher of SMAN 24 Bandung in teaching speaking. Based on the data obtained, reseacher found out that there are some techniques that used by teachers. The teacher uses the techniques, material, and evaluation techniques that have been provided in the text books. The teaching used are role playing, story telling, games, group work, pair work, and retelling. The materials are taken from the text books and other sources.Based on the result of the research, reseacher concludes basically the English teacher have known the teaching techniques. However, in the classroom implementation, it seems to have further improvment. In usuning teaching materials, teacher only provided limited English text books. Teacher only use teaching sources available in the liblary and teacher its selft.

One of the difference that exists in every language system is the grammatical category and one of the grammatical categories that must be considered by an interpreter is the modality system. This modality system has a disclosure which is called a disclosure modality. Expressed of modality is a term used for words, phrases or clauses that express the speakers' commitment or belief in a proposition. By using descriptive method, this research describes the lexical modal (insist) in English modality and Indonesian based on its meaning. The data was taken from corpus linguistics, that is Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA).
- ItemVALUE CREATION OF OUTPATIENT SERVICE IN HOSPITAL X(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Sari, Oktora Yogi; Nugraha, Deden Novan Setiawan; Nayaka, AryasetyaHospital X is a type C hospital in the Administrative City of Cimahi, Bandung. The Results from customer satisfaction assessment questionnaire showed a figure of 81.27 percent in October, 83.94 percent in November and 86.62 percent in December, the figure have not achieved the company targets where the target of patient satisfaction in the Hospital X is 90 percent or more. This study aims to analyze and explain: (1) The Process Value Chain Outpatient Services in the Hospital X, (2) The Mapping of the Outpatient Services Value Chain Process in the Hospital X, (3) the Strategy of the Hospital Xin handling the Increase in Patients Every Year with Analysis Value Chain. The research method used is descriptive research method with analysis tools, value chain analysis. The stages of this research value chain analysis process are pre-service, point of service, and after-service supported by supporting activities and strategic resources. The results of the data analysis prove that the competitive strength of the Hospital X is in its strategic geographical location, the registration system uses a technological system, and the specialist doctors who work there are already known by many patients. Whereas the weaknesses that need to be corrected are the organizational culture of the company and evaluation after the service which has not been maximized. From these data conclusions can be drawn: (1) The Value Chain Process Outpatient Services in the Hospital consists of Patients coming with or without Referral, Registration, Waiting for Queues, Medical Examination, and Returning, (2) Mapping the Value Chain Process is divided into Strength Analysis and Internal Weaknesses in each Value Chain Analysis Process, (3) The strategy that needs to be applied by the Hospital X is a differentiation strategy.
