- ItemANALYSIS DETERMINANT FACTORS OF INNOVATION SPEED IN SMES MANUFACTURING(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Tarmidi, Didi; Munawar, Fansuri; Hendiarto, R Susanto; Utama, Zahera Mega; Saptaningrum, Dewi UtamiThis study aims to analyze the role of innovation collaboration, management support, and knowledge sharing as factors suspected to increase innovation speed in SMEs manufacturing. This study took a sample of SMEs manufacturing, which consisted of five main industrial categories, namely textile industry, handicraft industry, shoe & bag industry, food& beverage industry, and various industries. Sampling was carried out on 100 owners or managers of SME manufacturing in Bandung and surrounding areas because the area is one of the centers of SME manufacturing in West Java. Data analysis in this study used a structural equation model based on partial least square (SEM-PLS). The results of testing of the research hypothesis show that the variables of innovation collaboration and management support have a positive and significant effect on innovation speed, but the variable of knowledge sharing does not have a positive and significant impact on innovation speed. Research implication to the owner or manager to utilize innovation collaboration with external partners, especially the collaboration with consumers. In addition, it is expected that the owner or manager can create a work atmosphere that supports innovation.

Low performance of subordinates is usually influenced by the low role of superiors in developing humane communication and provide learning to subordinates. And the lack of motivation from superiors to subordinates for discipline and not being lazy. Low employee morale, and reduce employee performance due to lack of motivation given and shown by superiors and work motivation that is rarely given by leaders. A superior's leadership function is very influential on employee performance in supporting the achievement of organizational goals. A superior in leading a formal organization must have a strong character in order to be able to lead his subordinates in the form of a good personality, intellectual and skills related to his field of expertise in order to build human resources, especially his subordinates. As mentioned by Saydam, 1996, every activity that starts with the stages of planning, organizing, actualizing, controlling and controlling all of these are all aimed at achieving the company's objectives in a planned manner.

- ItemPENGARUH MODAL INTELEKTUAL TERHADAP VIABILITAS ORGANISASI : KAPABILITAS DINAMIS SEBAGAI VARIABEL MEDIASI (Studi Pada Industri Kreatif Sub Sektor Layanan Komputer Dan Piranti Lunak di Kota Bandung)(Seminar Nasional Universitas Widyatama, 2015-03-19) Munawar, FansuriIndustri kreatif yang mulai berkembang saat ini dihadapkan pada persaingan yang tinggi baik dari dalam maupun luar negeri. Selain dari persaingan, data memperlihatkan bahwa pertumbuhan usaha ini semakin menurun setiap tahunnya yang akan menimbulkan permasalahan bagi industri kreatif yang akan mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam bertahan hidup. Fakta menunjukkan bahwa kematian industri kreatif khususnya pada tiga tahun pertama relatif tinggi. Masalah ini harus segera diantisipasi agar viabilitas organisasi tetap terjaga dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Peneliti menduga bahwa modal intelektual melalui kapabilitas dinamis dapat mempertahankan viabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk a) Meneliti hubungan antara modal intelektual terhadap kapabilitas dinamis, b) Meneliti hubungan antara modal intelektual dan kapabilitas dinamis terhadap viabilitas organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian explanatory survey dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Ukuran sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 73 unit analisis dengan teknik penarikan sampel adalah simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah path analysis (analisis path), sedangkan unit analisis adalah industri kreatif sub sektor layanan komputer dan piranti lunak di Kota Bandung. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa 1) Modal intelektual berpengaruh positif terhadap kapabilitas dinamis namun kekuatan pengaruh sangat rendah, 2)Modal intelektual dan kapabilitas dinamis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap viabilitas organisasi dan kekuatan pengaruh tersebut termasuk kategori sangat kuat, 3) Modal intelektual pengaruhnya lebih tinggi terhadap viabiltias organisasi dibandingkan dengan kapabilitas dinamis, 4) Modal intelektual berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap viabitas organisai dan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap viabilitas organisasi melalui kapabilitas dinamis.

That is will be a challenge for industry players in Indonesia, especially the Creative Fashion Industries in Bandung. The problem that arises is the industry's performance with the growth and sustainability while neighboring countries are growing rapidly. The solution to this problem how to enhance creative fashion industry’s performance with the dynamic capability of industry and relational capital and the effects of competitive intensity on the growth. This study is based on a survey of 107 respondents creative fashion industry in Bandung with verification analysis using SPSS 21. The results of this study revealed that the dynamic capability, relational capital and the competitive intensity have an influence on performance. Dynamic capabilities and relational capital have a positive effect on performance while the competitive intensity has a negative effect on performance.
- ItemTHE ROLE OF INTERNAL DRIVERS TOWARD ECO-INNOVATION ADOPTION AND ITS CONSEQUENCES ON SUSTAINABLE PERFORMANCE IN THE SMALL MANUFACTURING FIRMS(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Munawar, Fansuri; Tarmidi, DidiThis study aims to identify the role of internal drivers consisting of organizational capabilities, efficiency, and environmental managerial concern as factors that are thought to increase eco-innovation adoption and its impact on sustainable performance in small manufacturing firms. This study took a sample of manufacturing SMEs consisting of five main industrial categories, namely the textile industry, the handicraft industry, the shoe & bag industry, the food & beverage industry, and various industries. Sampling was conducted on 75 owners or managers of manufacturing SMEs in the Bandung and surrounding areas because the area is one of the centers for manufacturing SMEs in West Java Province. The data analysis in this study used a structural equation model based on partial least square (SEM-PLS). The test results of the research hypothesis show that internal drivers have a positive and significant effect on eco-innovation adoption, and eco-innovation adoption also has a positive and significant effect on sustainable performance. This study has implications for policymakers for small manufacturing firms in increasing eco-innovation adoption in developing countries. Furthermore, it is hoped that the company can reflect on the results of business research decision making and to improve its sustainability performance.
