    ANALISIS DAN PENGEMBANGAN ENTERPRISE ARSITEKTUR MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK TOGAF PADA PENGADILAN AGAMA BANDUNG

    One of the purpose of enterprise architecture implementation is to syncronize information technology with business in accomplising an organization’s needs. This implementation is inter-related with how the organization plans and designs and enterprise architecture. In planning and designing an enterprise architecture, an easy to use but complete method is needed. TOGAF ADM contains an easy to use and comprehensive methodology to implement an enterprise architecture since the beginning of design, plan of implementation, and enterprise architecture as final result of these steps. Although the enterprise architecture is important for an organization in reaching its needs and strategic goals, many organizations, including government agencies such as Bandung Religious Court, don’t really understand the necessary steps to build an enterprise architecture. Generally, the policies of Bandung Religious Court in dealing with various cases related to administrative, financial, and organizational are based on Judiciary of Secretary of Supreme Court No. MA/SEK/07/SK/III/2006 about Organization and Procedure of Supreme Court Secretariat which in turn based on Legislature of People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) No. XI/MPR/1998 about Free of Corruption, Collusion, and Nepotism Governance, and also based on Presidential Decree No. 7/1999 about Accountability of Government Agencies. With the laws above, Bandung Religious Court must be accountable in its responsibility in performing its duties and functions, including those related to resource and financial management
