The purpose of this research is to find out the level of quality of service and product features affecting consumer satisfaction. The factors tested in this study were The Quality of Service and Product Features as independent variables. While Consumer Satisfaction as a dependent variable. The research methods used in this study are descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study is Students of the S1 Management Study Program, Regular A, Class of 2017 Widyatama University. The sample determination technique used in this study is non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling technique with the number of samples that are 111 respondents. While the analysis method used in this study is spearman rank correlation, the determination coefficient and linear regression doubled at a rate of the significance of 5%. The program is used in analyzing data using the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) Ver. 25.00. The results showed that the quality of service provided a significant and positive influence on consumer satisfaction by 32.2%. While product features have a positive and significant impact on consumer satisfaction by 21.1%.

Functionally the city is the center of activity (economic and socio-cultural) as well as the center of settlements and functions as a center for the physical development of the area. This study examines the strategy of developing Old Town / Cultural Heritage (Chinatown) in the integrity of developing the potential of the region by developing the potential of non-Kota Tua areas / Cultural Heritage areas in order to have a significant economic value (sustainable development). not yet to highlight the potential of the region optimally. This is because many investors are less interested in developing the region due to the regulation of Cultural Heritage. Besides that, the financial capacity of the Bandung City government is limited to financing cultural heritage areas while the ability of the community as owners is very limited, so that all parties need participation in the preservation of cultural heritage buildings (the Chinatown area). In this study, the SWOT method was used with the IFAS-EFAS model, the results showed stability so that synergy was needed with the concept of the overallsustainable development.

- ItemTHE DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY MICRO, SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES IN BANDUNG(8th Widyatama International Seminar on Sustainability (WISS 2016), Widyatama University and IEEE, 2016-09-05) Kaniawati, KeniMicro, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have an important role in supporting the economy. Based on data from the Department of Trade and Industry, the number of cooperatives and business units recorded in Bandung in the year 2011 as many as 333 512 units. SMEs employment in the year 2011 amounted to 620 879 people, or approximately 60.59% of the total workforce in Bandung. It is a very large number of which require serious attention in its management, because the handling of Micro / Small Enterprise means addressing inequality and poverty which until today is still a critical problem faced by the Government of Bandung. The aim of this study was to analyze the development strategy of small business medium-sized city of Bandung in obtaining amenity bankable and implementation of licensing policies that ultimately expected to be material formulation of Government policy to cultivate the city of Bandung in SMEs. In this study used the SWOT method with IFAS-EFAS Model, SWOT Matrix Model. The results show that the government is still lacking facilitate SMEs to grow and develop. In addition, there is a gap between the implementation of government policy in developing SMEs.

Adjeng Mariana; Hermina, Nurul; Dalimunthe, Gallang PerdhanaSmall and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a strategic role in economic development in the city of Bandung, through the Local Government Number 23/2009 on MSMEs. There are various policies that are implemented to develop the performance of SMEs, but so far, the results have not been obtained by all SMEs as a whole [1]. This study aims to: i, (a) Know how the UMKM activists respond to programs to support the performance of MSME actors, (b) how strategies must be formulated to create better performance in the future, and (c) how policies can be recommended for improve the performance of SMEs in the city of Bandung. The results of the study found that, (1) every program implemented so far did not have a significant influence on the improvement, business facilities, business governance, financing and marketing of SME players; (2) based on the SWOT matrix, there are 4 strategic steps including governance, financing support, business and marketing facilities; and (3) there are several policies that should be recommended as the basis for the formulation of SME empowerment programs in the City of Bandung [2].

Unicharm Indonesia.(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Sayuti, Muhamad; Wathoni, Akda Z.; Kaniawati, KeniIn supply chain activities there is always the potential for risk to arise, therefore risk management is very necessary for handling risks. PT. Unicharm Indonesia is a manufacturer of baby diapers, adult diapers, sanitary napkins and wet tissue no. in Indonesia it is no wonder that supply chain activities are so complex. And potentially full of risks. Therefore, it is necessary to do a risk analysis and design of mitigation actions, to mitigate risks or disturbances that have the potential to arise in the supply chain process of raw materials until the finished product is ready to sell to the market. This research was conducted using the house of risk model consisting of 2 phases and with the SCOR concept. The first phase is the identification of risks and risk agents, which then measure severity and occurance levels and calculate aggregate risk priority (ARP) values. Whereas in the second phase, it is the spread of strategies to reduce the risks that occur. After doing the research there are 29 risk events and 45 risk agents which are then made a paretto diagram to see which risks need to be done in designing strategies to mitigate the risks that occur.
- ItemENTREPRENEURSHIP EDUCATION AND FAMILY BUSINESS ON STUDENT’S INTENTION TO CONTINUE FAMILY BUSINESS: Students of Economic and Business Faculty, Widyatama University(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Hendri, Meriza; Kaniawati, KeniOne of strategic program to develop entrepreneurship in Indonesia is to educate students at universities. This program is also run by faculty of economic and business, Widyatama University by educating entrepreneurship for two semesters. There is an interested thing for students where 44 students of 103 students are from family business. Unfortunately, most of them are reluctant to continue their parents’ business. It is supposed related to entrepreneurship education and family business. Research objectives are to know and analysis entrepreneurship education, family business, student’s intention to continue family business, the influence of entrepreneurship education and family business toward student’s intention to continue family business. Descriptive and verificative method is used to answer research questions. Data is collected from 44 students. Census is used to collect data. The results of the study indicate that entrepreneurship education influences student’s intention to continue family business but smaller than influence of family business to student’s intention to continue family business. Meanwhile, entrepreneurship education and family business influence student’s intention to continue family business. Limitation, it’s only run for three classes with one lecturer. Practical implication, university can design entrepreneurship education with focus to students’ intent to continue family business with prior to mapping students’ family business. Originality, this research provides a meaningful contribution since a lot of entrepreneurship education can’t create entrepreneur.
- ItemIMPLICATION OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC ON MIDDLE AND MICRO BUSINESS RESISTANCE (UMKM) IN INDONESIA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Kaniawati, KeniThe world trade war and the outbreak of the Covid-19 corona pandemic have had a major impact on the economy in Indonesia. Lockdown in several countries has huge implications and economic implications. transportation, aviation, and logistics are included in a very important sector, namely agrobusiness, where the food supply chain will be constrained, especially with the uneven distribution. Current economic challenges are very heavy. MSME is the first sector affected by Covid-19. However, the government has implemented a number of policies and stimuli to keep the business running, while maintaining the people's purchasing power. This study examines the impact of the co-19 pandemic on MSME resilience. (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises). The phenomenon that occurs 37,000 small and medium enterprises affected by co-19, almost 37% affected is the micro level, 56% of MSMEs have decreased sales, 22% of MSME players have capital difficulties, 35% have difficulty in marketing, where MSMEs are required to market digitally in the covid-19 pandemic, 15% of distribution is hampered and 4% are raw material difficulties. MSMEs cannot carry out their business activities so that they are disrupted by their ability to meet credit obligations. Non-performing loans (NPL) for banking MSMEs can increase significantly, which has the potential to further worsen economic conditions. In this research, qualitative scoring is used where the results of data analysis in the form of exposure to the situation under study are presented in the form of narrative descriptions. The results of the study showed that the co-19 pandemic was very significant to the resilience of MSME businesses. Therefore, it was necessary to implement 5 protection and recovery of MSMEs amid the co-19 pandemic.

This study aims to determine whether digital-based marketing strategies have an effect in determining the business development of shoes SMEs in West Bandung Regency. The factors tested in this study are digital marketing strategies as independent variables, while business development as the dependent variable. The research method used is descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. The population in the study was the shoes SMEs entrepreneurs with a research sample of 63 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis at a significant level of 5%. The program used is SPSS 25. The results of the study showed that the independent variable, digital-based marketing strategy, was influential in determining the business development of shoes SMEs in West Bandung Regency.

- ItemPRODUCT QUALITY AND BRAND IMAGE IN DETERMINING THE INTEREST OF WIDYATAMA UNIVERSITY STUDENTS USING IPHONE(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Kaniawati, Keni; WildanIn this study revealed that there is a gap between the high levels of smartphone usage in Indonesia, but iPhone sales have even declined, a case study conducted on Widyatama University students. This study aims to determine whether product quality and brand image have an effect in determining the interests of Widyatama University students using an iPhone. The factors tested in this study are product quality and brand image as an independent variable, while buying interest as the dependent variable. The research method used is descriptive method, with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. The population in the study were Widyatama University students with a sample of 148 respondents. Data analysis uses Path Analysis. The results showed that the two independent variables namely product quality and brand image had no effect in determining the interests of students at Widyatama University using the iPhone.

The purpose of this study is to examine IPR protection for the culinary industry through Law No. 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets and what if they are associated with franchise agreements supporting the growth of the Indonesian creative economy. This study uses a normative juridical approach. Interdisciplinary normative juridical refers to the principles, national legal norms, norms of international law, international conventions as secondary primary data and reviews of library data.The study uses descriptive research specification qualitative juridical analysis with methods of historical, sociological, systematic legal interpretation and legal construction. The results showed that the The Trade Secret Law and franchise arrangements had not been effectively used to provide adequate protection, as evidenced by the high submission of applications for Franchise Registration not in line with the minimum number of records of transfer documents and licensing agreements at the Directorate General of IPR. In addition, it is not yet well understood, the regulation is also not yet comprehensive, in the form of unclear categorization and determination of information and legal subject of Trade Secret owners and ranking level of confidentiality. This opens up the potential for violations in the form of plagiarism and imitation as a form of fraudulent business competition. This has hampered the growth of Indonesia's creative economy. Therefore the government needs to revise these various weaknesses and intensify socialization.

The aim of research to identify obstacles and solutions to overcome the problem in the analysis of lending to small and medium enterprises through partnerships and community development programs, strategy to develop small and medium enterprises through increased ease of administration and distribution of business capital credit facility through institutions related loan portfolio, analyze the solution in solving the problems faced by the small and middle business actors in Bandung, both from businesses themselves and from the policy of the State Agency Partnership Program and Community Development. Determining the right strategy, it can set the direction of development that specifically focuses on providing capital, by using the method of implementation of the program of partnership development small and medium enterprises so as to realize the development of small and medium enterprises in creating new ventures that professional and even-tempered entrepreneurial reliable. Development referred done by creating a conducive business climate, encouraging an entrepreneurial spirit for the community, facilitate the establishment of small and medium enterprises similar, encourage creating jobs, facilitating capital support, and promote labor-intensive creative effort oriented export quality.
