    ANALYSIS OF BANKRUPTCY PREDICTION USING AL-MAN Z-SCORE AND SPRINGATE METHOD IN PT GARUDA INDONESIA TBK PERIOD 2015- 2019

    This study analyzes the condition of airlines in Indonesia. There are 15 airlines in Indonesia. However, only 3 companies have been listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study chose PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk to be the source of research using financial statement data from 2015 to 2019. There are several methods commonly used to analyze bankruptcy, the Altman Z-Score and Springate methods used in this study. The Altman Z-Score method states that PT Garuda Indonesia Tbk is in a gray area condition with an average Z value of 1,686 while the Springate method states that PT Garuda Indonesia is not bankrupt (healthy) with an average value of S 1,271.

    ANALYSIS OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE WITH USING ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED: A STUDY ON INDOFOOD CBP SUKSES MAKMUR

    The purpose of this study is to determine the financial performance. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in 2015 until 2018, based on the method of EVA. The data used in this study a financial statement data from 2015 to 2018 year. Data analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis methods. From the data analysis berdasarkankan EVA method shows good performance for over 4 years of research EVA company shows a negative value ((EVA <0). The results showed that PT. Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk.'Re unable to create added value is positive. It could occurs because of high cost of capital is not followed by increasing the value of Net operating profit After Taxes lower earnings to increase the amount of debt in the company. EVA obtained is always negative can be influenced by the amount of profit that is less than the amount of debt is high enough, it can lead to lack of interest of the shareholders to invest in the Company. Despite the negative EVA value but the company still has a positive profit so that the company is still viable and very still in demand by investors.

    Marketing is an important factor in the development of the company. Good marketing is done throngh product, price, place, and promotion. Lack of knowledge of consumer taste are changing or dynamic, and ineffective marketing strategies implemented will affect less well on achievement target market. Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, price, place,and promotion in the PT. Astra International Karawang. Type of associative research study used the method to search for a correlation causal relationship (causal relationship). Consumers with a population 531 samples of 84 respondents. Methods of analysis used multiple linear analysis. Results of research conducted simultaneous product, price, place, promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions on the PT. Astra Karawang. Partially or significantly influence produc, price, place, and promotion purchasing decisions. Powerful variable is the product, price , and place, and for the weak variable is a variable promotion.

    Issues to be studied in this research is about student achievement. The core study focused on factors that affect student achievement, namely the social competence of teachers and student motivation. Accordingly, the subject matter disclosed in this study is how far the influence of social competency of teachers and students' motivation on student achievement. The study consists of three variables: Social Competence Master (X1), Student Motivation (X2) and Student Achievement (Y). The method used in this research is explanatory survey method. The data collection technique using a questionnaire sheet. This research data processing using Microsoft Excel 2013. And respondents in this study were students of Class XI Department Office Administration in SMK 1 Bandung taken a sample of 60 respondents. Based on the research results, obtained information that (1) the degree of social competence of teachers affect the level of student achievement, (2) the level of student motivation effect on the level of student achievement, (3) social competence teacher and student motivation effect on the level of student achievement

    Efforts to improve the quality of student achievement is highly dependent on the competence of teachers who formed professionalism. Among the components of the competence it is personal competence and social competence. In this study focused on a secondary school teacher, both of these competencies is an exogenous latent variables which proved a positive effect on endogenous latent variable teacher performance. From the data processing is also obtained, that a number of indicators ranked at the top in contributing to the exogenous variables studied. The order of ranking indicators in personal competence, leadership, work ethic, self development and achievement orientation; rank order indicators in social competence is komunikastif, objective, non-discriminatory, and authority. The results of these studies should receive attention, consideration and further elaboration by the parties with respect to the process of establishing and improving the competence of teachers, both in the administration PLPG, PPG In the office, PPG Prajabatan, education and teacher training in LPTK.

This is the caused by the increasing number of competitors who give a lower price and promotion that has intensively by a competitor. So as to the make the community a switch to using a competitor's products. Type of this research is explanatory research, with a population of about 100 respondents who buy and use the brand acer laptop. The sample collection to research it uses a non-probablility sampling. The sample collection technique use purposive sampling. Data collected through the questionnaire. The method of analysis used the data the use of tabulating the cross, correlation, regression, simple regression, and multiple regression by using SPSS application. This study concludes that price and promotion influential of the decision the purchase from, whether partial and a stimulant, promotion variables have more impact of variable price. Based on it, acer Researchers suggest that company would have to increase is back promotion that consumers know that acer laptop acer laptop is numer one in Indonesia and reevaluate Also the prices offered them has Appropriate or not

    This study aims to determine, analyze and explain the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility as part of the company's profit allocation to improve the company's reputation at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. This research is expected to be able to contribute to the development of science in management science with the application of the implementation of corporate social responsibility to the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive study with case study method through in-depth interviews about the Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility at PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek, with informants or key informants consisting of management, beneficiaries, coaches, distributors, and experts . The results of the study conducted by interviews, then analyzed with standard deviations obtained several criteria that the implementation of CSR about the allocation of benefits criteria is good (S = 0.7173 - 0, 8846); Based on research by conducting interviews with very good criteria for the implementation of CSR, have seen indications of the importance of "policy" as an important part of the implementation of CSR through distribution of part of the company's profits that have been implemented by PT Pupuk Kujang Cikampek. This is supported by the results of the SWOT analysis with the highest IFAS value of = 0.668. So it can be concluded that in addition to Triple Buttom Line as the basic concept of CSR (Profit, People, and Planet), the company's management policy is the base practice of the company's strategy to enhance reputation.

    PT Applications Karya Anak Bangsa (Go-Jek Indonesia) which is a technology company with a social mission to improve the welfare and livelihoods of workers in various informal sectors in Indonesia. Founded in 2010 as an online telephone service for motorcycle riding. The purpose of this research is to examine the Go-Jek service quality strategy on customer satisfaction of Go-Jek users. This research uses a quantitative descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is used because the research procedures that produce descriptive data in the form of research data information that uses a natural setting, with the intention of interpreting the description of phenomena that occur and carried out by involving a variety of existing methods. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is Go-Jek customer satisfaction in the dimensions of responsiveness, assurance, empathy, tangible while the reliability dimension was not found to be a significant difference because Go-Jek has adequate facilities (2) Factors affecting Go-Jek customer satisfaction is a facility that is provided in providing services, application systems that are easy to use, affordable prices, location determination, services provided, a variety of fantastic promo voucher packages that benefit users of Go-Jek services, speed in responding to every need and desire. The quality strategy on the service attributes provided has become an icon of attraction and pay attention to reliability and improve service quality in terms of time.
