EARNED VALUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM FOR EVALUATING PROJECT PERFORMANCE
(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Rahmana, Arief; Hartati, Verani
The project management is becoming a well-known and popular science to engineers to make project planning and controlling effectively in compliance with clients’ contractual requirements. Successful projects was indicated by achievement of meeting project requirement and specification and be completed on schedule and within budget. To gain a successful project, an effective project control approached must be designed, developed, and implemented to provide insight into how to finish project with timely and within budget. It is believed that Earned Value Management System (EVMS) able to control project effectively, on account of it integrate Scope, Schedule, and Cost of the Project. EVMS can obtain early warning and predict the outcome of projects. If our projects didn’t meet certain requirements and specifications, we will know earlier before we continue our project. The main key metrics of EVMS are Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC), and Budgeted at Completion (BAC). Finally, this paper described the concept and application of EVMS to control project performance in order to project be completed on schedule and within budget.

A MODEL FOR EVALUATING SUPPLY CONTRACT WITH MINIMUM QUANTITY COMMITMENT AND FLEXIBILITY
(School of Engineering & University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, 2007-05-18) Hartati, Verani; Cakravastia, Andi; Bahagia, Senator Nur; Siregar, Alibasyah
Concept of supply chain management emphasizes the need for coordination and collaboration between firms to achieve a win-win situation for all the firms involved. The win-win situation in a coordinated supply chain was resulted from various sources, such as coordinated order process and delivery process. Supply contract is coordination mechanism that makes supply chain player’s decisions in order process, coherent among each other. Model in this paper studied a type of supply contract that is suitably used in an agriculture product manufacturer. The manufacturer has a specific demand distribution, and often material supplied by multi supplier whose plant location is far away from the manufacturer’s site. The distinguishing characteristic of this type of problem is capacitated delivery thus encourage supplier and manufacturer to create not only an order commitment but also a delivery commitment. The objective is to determine an order quantity to selected supplier and shipping schedule at minimum cost. A solution procedure is provided for the general problem and consideration is given to specific demand distribution.

THE ROLE OF ANTIBIOTICS DRUG PROCUREMENT PLANNING SYSTEM IN IMPROVING EFFICIENCY USING ABC CRITICAL INDEX METHOD
(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Mutiara, Rina; Loisa; Kusumapradja, Rokiah; Hartati, Verani
Procurement planning of drugs in hospital pharmacy unit is important for the hospital’s health service because pharmacy unit is also included in the supporting services and main revenue center. The aim of this research is to analyze the differences value of antibiotic supplies using the ABC critical index method compared to the usual procurement planning at Hospital X. This research was an observational research (non-experimental). The design of this research was descriptive evaluative using quantitative and qualitative datas that has been available. Therefore, this research can be included into a retrospective study. There were 190 kind of antibiotic drugs in 2018 and 158 kind of antibiotic drugs in 2019. This research results no significant difference between the average revenue, the usage value, the investment value, and the ABC critical index value between year of 2018 and 2019. There was difference in the average investment value based on ABC critical index method between 2018 with 2019, as in group A has the highest average investment, while group B has a moderate average investment, and group C has the lowest average investment. One of the factors that cause planning and procurement of drugs less efficient in 2018 and 2019 was the same planning and procurement system of antibiotic drugs at Hospital X every year. It is important for management team to improve the efficiency of drug planning and procurement by using ABC crital index analysis which can help management team to make decisions related to the planning and procurement of antibiotic drugs at Hospital X.

SOLVING THE TRAVELLING SALESMAN PROBLEM (TSP) USING SAVING MATRIX METHOD (Case Study at Company of XYZ)
(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Fauzi, Muchammad; Rahmana, Arief; Hartati, Verani
One of the keys to success in implementing Supply Chain Management is to implement a good distribution and transportation network strategy. Transportation and distribution management is designing, organizing, commanding, coordinating, and controlling the process of moving objects or goods from the point of origin to point of destinations to facilitate the delivery of goods and or services from producer to consumers. The purpose this study is to show the best routes taken by considering the demand and transport capacity. Saving Matrix Methods to obtain the most appropriate and optimal product shipping routes to minimize transportation costs and obtain transportation cost savings. Based on the results of the discussion on the application of the Saving matrix method, the distribution route by considering the demand per week and the transport capacity per one transport is O  B  C  O  D  A  O. Because of the once transport capacity of 105 gallons, then after pickup send to destination B and C, pickups must return to O to load gallons to be distributed to destinations D and A.
