- ItemANALYSIS OF PRODUCT MARKETING INFORMATION SYSTEMS WEB BASED(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Nugraha, Ucu; Hardika, Andhika LigarLia Bintanglaut is an actor of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Pangandaran district who markets various kinds of accessories made of shells. So far, the marketing process has been carried out conventionally, along with the development of information technology and the high public interest in the products it markets, the founder of Widi's Collection believes that by utilizing information technology in marketing management, he can market products with a wider range. The research method in building this system is Object Oriented Analyst and Design with the modeling language Unified Modeling Language (UML) and using the free web CMS, namely WordPress as its tools. This web-based marketing information system is expected to be able to further improve the introduction of various kinds of accessories and knick-knacks made from sea shells to the public, and to expand the range of product sales that can be reached by anyone, anywhere and anytime, so that it can facilitate consumers in making transactions.
- ItemDEMOGRAPHIC BONUSES IN OPTIMIZING THE STRATEGY MANAGEMENT OF VILLAGE-OWNED ENTERPRISES TO REALIZE SUPERIOR PRODUCTS IN RURAL AREAS(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 4, 2020) Hardika, Andhika Ligar; Putra, Ivan Gumilar SambasThe purpose of this research is to determine the superior products of Langonsari village and to determine the strategic management of Village-Owned Enterprises in realizing superior products in rural areas by utilizing the role of the demographic bonus in Langonsari Village. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, the method used in this research is survey, interview to take advantage of potential opportunities that are owned using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and SWOT analysis then used by the demographic bonus. The results of this study which became the superior product in Langonsari village were peci products based on the identification of opportunities and strengths with a score of 2.62 greater than the threats and weaknesses with a score of 2.38. Internal external analysis, showing that BUMDes Langonsari Village is in quadrant V, namely the market penetration strategy and product development. As for the use of the demographic bonus through increasing human resources who have the ability in the field of technology, which is the main concern, must get an adequate portion. Concretely, the role of the demographic bonus in optimizing the strategic management of Village-Owned Enterprises prioritizes improvements in terms of marketing, production, finance and human resources.
- ItemIncreasing Managerial Performance Through The Use of Information Technology and Decentralization Characteristics of the Management Accounting System(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Hardika, Andhika Ligar; Nur Fathonah, Andina; Darini, Anni; Mohd Saudi, Mohd HaizamThe purpose of this study is to discuss the use of information technology, decentralization of the characteristics of accounting systems and managerial management of state-owned enterprises. This type of research uses descriptive verification. The population of all managers of state-owned enterprises in the city of Bandung. Sampling uses a sampling of 68 middle-level managers. The study uses path analysis by processing statistical data using multiple regression analysis. Data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Ver 20. This study found that the use of information technology and decentralization applied to the characteristics of management accounting systems and managerial performance. This research provides insights about top management to improve performance in developing information technology and delegating authority and responsibility to provide solutions to improve managerial performance.

INTI(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Hardika, Andhika Ligar; Nababan, Daniel; Putra, Ivan Gumilar Sambas; Halim, Radhi Abdul; Saudi, Mohd Haizam MohdThis study aims to determine the implementation of internal audit, audit committee, and good corporate governance, as well as to determine the influence of the role of internal audit and audit committee in an effort to realize good corporate governance at PT INTI. The factors tested in this study are internal audit and audit committee as independent variables. Meanwhile, good corporate governance is the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is explanatory method. The population in this study were internal auditors at PT. INTI which consists of 32 people. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling technique with saturation sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 32 internal auditors of PT. INTI. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver20.00. Based on the research result, it shows that internal audit and audit committee have an effect on good corporate governance in PT. INTI both partially and simultaneously. The magnitude of the influence of internal audit and the audit committee in contributing to the influence of good corporate governance is 67.7%.
- ItemPENGARUH MPLEMENTASI TOTAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT DAN KARAKTERISTIK INFORMASI AKUNTANSI MANAJEMEN TERHADAP KINERJA MANAJERIAL(Jurnal Riset Akuntansi dan Bisnis, Politeknik LP3I, Volume 2 Nomor 2, 2016-07) Hardika, Andhika Ligar; Prayitno, Yogo HeruPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empirik pengaruh total quality management dan kprakteristik informasi akuntansi manajemen baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap kinerja perusahaan manufaktur bersertifikasi IS0 9001:2008 yang listing di BE1 periode 2014. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan uji analisis menggunakan regresi berganda. Dalam menentukan jumlah sampel, digunakan metode sensus sehingga jumlah populasi sama dengan sampel sebesar 42 manajer perusahaan manufaktur bersertifikasi IS0 9001:2008 yang listing di BE1 periode 2014. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan TQM dan karakteristik informasi akuntansi manajemen secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial pada perusahaan manufaktur bersertifikasi IS0 9001 :2008 yang listing di BE1 periode 2014P.
