- ItemANALISIS BUDAYA ORGANISASI PADA LEMBAGA KEMAHASISWAAN DAN ORGANISASI KEMAHASISWAAN UNIVERSITAS WIDYATAMA BANDUNG(Program Studi Manajemen D3 Universitas Widyatama, 2019) Firdaus, Faris MuhammadPenelitian berjudul Analisis Budaya Organisasi pada Lembaga Kemahasiswaan dan Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Universitas Widyatama Bandung, bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan budaya organisasi dan menganalisis budaya organisasi pada Lembaga Kemahasiswaan dan Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Universitas Widyatama Bandung. Dalam analisis budaya organisasi tersebut terdapat metode yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif. Berdasarkan analisis budaya organisasi yang dilakukan di lembaga dan organisasi tersebut dengan indikator dan dimensi budaya organisasi terdapat tujuh cara yang dapat digunakan dalam menganalisis dan melihat pelaksanaan budaya organisasinya yaitu inovasi dan keberanian mengambil resiko, perhatian secara detail, berorientasi kepada hasil, berorientasi kepada manusia, berorientasi kepada tim, agresifitas dan stabilitas. Adapun lima hambatan yang dihadapi oleh lembaga dan organisasi berdasarkan indikator dan dimensi budaya organisasi terkait dengan pelaksanaan budaya organisasi adalah hambatan inovasi dan keberanian mengambil resiko, hambatan perhatian secara detail, hambatan berorientasi kepada manusia, hambatan berorientasi kepada tim dan hambatan agresifitas. Maka salah satu solusi untuk menghadapi hambatan tersebut adalah pemimpin organisasi harus memperkuat sifat kekeluargaan didalam organisasi agar tercipta budaya pada lingkungan organisasi yang baik dan menjadi kesatuan harmonis didalam organisasi KM UTAMA. Lembaga Kemahasiswaan dan Organisasi Kemahasiswaan Universitas Widyatama Bandung dengan demikian melaksanakan budaya organisasi dengan tujuh indikator dan dimensi budaya organisasi yang sudah dijelaskan dan peneliti memberikan solusi-solusi dan saran yang mungkin bisa mengatasi hambatan- hambatan terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi.

This study aims to determine how respondents respond to work discipline, motivation, and performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. The research method used is associative descriptive with a population of employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. The sample used is all employees at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. The technique used in this research is simple random sampling and the tool used to analyze is simple regression. The results showed that work discipline and motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Ujung Berung. This is because if employees work in accordance with the SOP determined by the company and have high motivation, it will improve employee performance. The disciplines that are enforced within the company include work discipline, time discipline, use of office uniforms, and attendance. This makes the environment and working conditions conducive and high motivation, so as to improve employee performance. The suggestion from this research is that leaders or management continue to motivate employees to continue to be disciplined and improve their performance.

The amount of milk consumption in Indonesia is less than Malaysia, India, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Bandung is an area with lots of culinary. The Milk Bar located on Sultan Tirtayasa street no. 27 has attempted to provide a change of atmosphere in a place with good service to its customers, in addition to pricing policy provided by the customer should be reviewed continuously in each period, The Milk Bar Bandung set the price on each product in such a way as to achieve the target Its sales value and seeks to influence customer buying decisions to buy their products. However, although The Milk Bar Bandung has set prices that are considered competitive, but the thing that happened was the decline in sales in the last three months. So to improve customer buying decisions then the application of store atmosphere and pricing policy needs to be considered well by the company. This research is descriptive and verificative, with sample 115 consumer of The Milk Bar obtained by means of iteration calculation counted 3 times. The data analysis was done using multiple regression. The results showed that of the two independent variables studied obtained the result that the price policy has a greater influence in improving customer buying decisions. And together obtained a value of 59.9% and the remaining 40.1% influenced by other variables not examined in this study.
