    THE CREATIVITY OF USING BATIK ETHNIC TO ATTRACT FOREIGN TOURISTS (Study on customers of Banyuwangi Batik in Kemiren Village, Glagah District, Banyuwangi Regency, East Java Banyuwangi Regency, East Java)

    This study aims to find out the stretching of Using Batik that has high creativity, the value of product innovation towards the marketing performance of batik products through customer value. This study uses a snowball sampling method of 200 respondents and analyzed using the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) model. The results showed the variable creativity has an influence on customer value by maintaining modern patterns and images, innovation variables have an influence on customer value so that craftsmen can provide maximum value for batik customers, customer value variables have an influence on company performance, creativity variables affect marketing performance through customer value, innovation variables affect marketing performance through customer value.

    DECREASING INTENTION TO SHOP AT YOMART CITAMIANG (Perspective of Location & Promotion)

    In this study revealed that there is a gap between good location and promotion and low buying interest in Yomart Citamiang. This study aims to determine whether location and promotion influence buying interest in Yomart Citamiang. The factors tested in this study are location and promotion as independent variables, while buying interest as the dependent variable. The research method used is descriptive-verification method, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and questionnaires. The population in this study is the community around Yomart Citamiang with a sample of 150 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis at a significant level of 5 percent, the program used was SPSS 26 and Lisrel 8.80. The results showed that location and promotion had a significant effect on buying interest in Yomart Citamiang. But this does not make the surrounding community want to go shopping to Yomart Citamiang. This interest can be increased by Yomart Citamiang by putting large promotional banners, sponsoring large events in the surrounding area by involving its employees, and holding interesting morning gymnastics events. Further research can be done by looking at variables, prices, services, and facilities in Yomart Citamiang.

    Batik is an Indonesian cultural, heritage, generally, Indonesian people already know about it, but the differentiate between batik and batik textiles in common people of Indonesia or most batik consumers aren’t still understand. Often the consumers are proud to wear batik, due to buying batik in stores that have been quite popular, the price is quite expensive, but is not actually acquired batik cloth but batik textile fabric, or better known as silk screening fabric (print). Definition of batik generally agreed upon at the International Batik Convention in Yogyakarta in 1997 is the process of writing a picture or decoration on any media by using wax batik (wax) as a color barrier. When the process without the use of batik wax it can not be called batik, batik textile and it is said. The purpose of this research the reveal data and information related to product differentiation development effectuate customer relationship management; adjust in marketing performance, and their implication through influence revelation from the respective variables. The sample under research consisted of 200 (two hundred) Small, Micro Enterprises in Cirebon East Java. The research method used descriptive and verificative, in which the descriptive research was the research intended to obtain description of product differentiation, customer relationship management, using the approach of modelling and in the solution technique to be used as analysis tool in this dissertation, that is, the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The result revealed that Product Differentiation has the most significant influence, which compare with the customer relationship management. This is cause in scale of micro having a problem to develop the customer relationship management with perfectly. This is due lack of technology. That Impact to effective and the performance marketing.

    DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF SMALL AND MEDIUM ENTERPRISES OF TRADE SECTOR IN BANDUNG CITY

    Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) play a strategic role in economic development in the city of Bandung, through the Local Government Number 23/2009 on MSMEs. There are various policies that are implemented to develop the performance of SMEs, but so far, the results have not been obtained by all SMEs as a whole [1]. This study aims to: i, (a) Know how the UMKM activists respond to programs to support the performance of MSME actors, (b) how strategies must be formulated to create better performance in the future, and (c) how policies can be recommended for improve the performance of SMEs in the city of Bandung. The results of the study found that, (1) every program implemented so far did not have a significant influence on the improvement, business facilities, business governance, financing and marketing of SME players; (2) based on the SWOT matrix, there are 4 strategic steps including governance, financing support, business and marketing facilities; and (3) there are several policies that should be recommended as the basis for the formulation of SME empowerment programs in the City of Bandung [2].

    The Indonesian state has thousands of islands and tribes with customs, cultures different from other regions. Traditional fabrics produced by each region have their own style and variety. Sidemen Bali songket fabric has unique characteristics, especially the appearance of motifs and colours, so it is used as a product characteristic of the area. This study aims to determine the role of publication in order to increase competitiveness in the global market through creativity, innovation and price socket based on regional culture. Samples were taken from 150 UKM songket cloths by using sampling method and analyzed using Structural Equation Model. The results of this study indicate that the creativity valuables affect the publication by modifying the traditional design with modern, while the innovation variable has an influence on publications where traditional songket crafters are able to publish to the international market. While the price variable has an influence on the publication, it is adjusted to the fabric/ornaments that complement it is used as a complement of songket cloth.

In this research, the researcher found that work discipline and compensation have a positive significant impact towards performance of employees of BKPSDM Kabupaten Karawang.

    The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Network and Technology on SME Performance in Bali province. The technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis. Primary data from this study were obtained from questionnaires and interviews with 90 respondents. The results of the study concluded that Network and Technology had an influence on the performance of SMEs with the scores for Network Variables (53.2%) and Technology (44.8%). This study is proposed to fill the research gap while emphasizing the importance of network and technology factors to the performance of SMEs in Balo Province. These two factors play an important role for the performance of SMEs in building creativity and innovation so that they are expected to make a positive contribution to a superior strategy.

    INCREASING THE REGIONAL ECONOMY THROUGH SEKAR LATHI (Research on UKM Batik Sekarlathi in Yogyakarta)

    The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of marketing intelligence on purchasing decisions, to examine the effect of marketing mix on purchasing decisions, and to examine the effect of marketing intelligence and marketing mix on purchasing decisions at Batik Sekarlathi Yogyakarta. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population of this sresearch were all consumers of Batik Sekarlathi Yogyakarta using Incidental Sampling as many as 90 people. The data collection method in this research is a questionnaire. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the F test show that the Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Mix variables significantly influence the Purchasing Decision of Batik Sekarlathi consumers. The Adjusted R2 value of 0.763 shows that Marketing Intelligence and Marketing Mix Affect Purchasing Decisions by 76.3% and the remaining 23.7% is explained by other variables not explained in this study.

    This research aimed to raise kebaya as a trend setter in fashion while keeping its cultural characteristics. This applied descriptive method. Verification employed hypothesis testing and modelling approach utilized SEM. The result suggested that creativity with support of Service Quality had a strong influence, resulting in greater challenges for the designers in developing their enterprises. Besides, customer attachment to the preserved standard of classic models, such as Kartini Kebaya and Kerancang, was also a challenge for them. As a conclusion, constantly changing taste of customer brought one more challenge to them on standardization of marketable Kebaya models. Customer loyalty to modified model did not last long. Many customers bored of modified Kebaya and returned to classic Kebaya.

    In this modern era, it seems impossible that there are still people who areunfamiliar with advanced technology. Smooth production could be disrupted without the presence of tools / machines. So far the leather SMEs assume that to create products with different designs gives good results. In fact superior products through produc attributes without involving a brand image as an identity will be difficult to publish . This, of course, affects the quality of the product. The research method uses descriptive, verificative through hypothesis testing, using SEM modeling. Thesample was limited to 200 SMEs around Sidoarjo. The result shows that the bags are manufactured by leather SMEs through the quality of the product is less known by customers outside of East Java. The Outlets do not have brands that can be distinguished from competitors or from other areas especially without publication. MEA's presence will have a positive impact on the quality of products rich in creativity, whereas the design of artificial leather bagsfrom Sidoarjo are still superior compared to other imported products.

    Dalam sejarah industri batik yang dimulai sekitar tahun 1870 – an, batik sutera baru diproduksi sekitar tahun 1920 – an, pengusaha batik keturunan China banyak yang memproduksi selendang Batik Sutera, kala itu disebut Lok Can. Batik sutera menjadi komoditas yang bernilai jual tinggi, di samping kain katun halus lainnya,. Begitu juga pemakainya bukan hanya untuk pekaian yang dikenakan kaum hawa, tetapi pria pun sudah umum mengenakan kemeja batik yang berasal dari sutera. Pamor Wiradesa semakin moncorong setelah mengalami perkembangan yang pesat sebagai salah satu sentra batik sutera di Kawasan Pantura. Rumah – rumah batik baru bermunculan, modern dan bergengsi, produknya membanjiri pasar batik sutera nasional. “Selendang Sutra”, lagu keroncong yang sangat popular dekade 1960 – an itu mengingatkan banyak orang bahwa selembar kain halus yang dibuat dari serat sutera, memiliki sebuah kisah yang romantis. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui, menggali, mengungkapkan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan inovasi produk yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan melalui penelitian. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 50 peserta yang tergabung dalam Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM). Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat descriptif, sedangkan verifikatif digunakan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana kreativitas dan inovasi produk melalui pengujian hipotesis, pendekatan pemodelan dalam tehnik solusi dan alat ananilis yang digunakan yaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa Inovasi Produk berkaitan dengan terbatasnya dan semakin sulitnya memperoleh bahan setengah jadi/benang sutera di mulai dari proses pemintalan sampai kepada bahan jadi yang siap di desain ke dalam pola gambar. Perajin Batik Sutera kurang mahir memperluas wawasan dan ketajaman membaca pasar, selain menciptakan ekslusivitas batik yang diciptakannya. Tidak tersedianya mesin sebagai alat bantu yang dibutuhkan untuk kelancaran proses produksi, mengakibatkan keberadaan Batik ATBM mulai beredar di pasaran di mana sambutan pasar cukup baik walaupun harga yang ditawarkan lebih mahal. Nilai Pelanggan memiliki kesulitan dalam mendapatkan value dan manfaatnya, penyebabnya Nilai Biaya memiliki peran dibandingkan Nilai Manfaat, hal ini dikarenakan terkendala oleh biaya moneter, biaya waktu, biaya energi, dan biaya psikologi.

    Pengakuan United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization mengakhiri klaim negara tetangga batik sebagai warisan budayanya.Batik Indonesia, terutama Jawa menjadi acuan dunia, karena berkembang sangat canggih dalam tehnik pembuatan desain dan ragam hias.Batik Fractal merupakan metode riset yang menekankan segi inovasi, eksperimentasi dan kreativitas..Melalui piranti software, sebuah desain batik dapat direkayasa menjadi desain-desain yang jauh berbeda, system kerjanya menggunakan sifat Fractal. Proses pembentukan Batik Fractal menggunakan ilmu fisika, yang dihitung dan dikalkulasikan dengan desain yang sudah ada. Dalam kajian fisika digambarkan beberapa bidang segitiga, diproses secara komputer dengan menggunakan Hukum Fractal (sebuah bentuk yang tercipta dari reduplikasi bentuk yang sama hingga bagian terkecil). Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui, menggali, mengungkapkan pengetahuan yang berhubungan dengan pengembangan kreativitas tinggi yang menghasilkan inovasi produk melalui kajian ilmiah. Sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 50 peserta yang tergabung dalam Tim Pixel dari Bandung Fee Institute.Metode penelitian yang digunakan bersifat descriptif, sedangkan verifikatif digunakan untuk mengetahui sampai sejauh mana kreativitas dan inovasi produk melalui pengujian hipotesis, pendekatan pemodelan dalam tehnik solusi dan alat ananilis yang digunakanyaitu Structural Equation Model (SEM). Hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa kreativitas berkaitan dengan pengetahuan tinggi tentang produksi membutuhkan biaya yang sangat besar, kesulitan penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, dibutuhkan kerjasama dengan perajin batik yang mengerti proses batik. Keterbatasan canting membuat wujud desain gambar tidak terlalu mirip dengan aslinya, waktu pengerjaannya 2 sampai 4 bulan, sehingga pelayanan yang diharapkan dapat memuaskan pelanggan hal tersebut tidak dapat diwujudkan. Selain itu juga desain Batik Fractalmasih asing di telinga masyarakat dibandingkan dengan motif batik lainnya dan belum dapat dikembangkan secara menyeluruh, sehingga untuk mengarah pada inovasi yang diharapkan pelanggan belum dapat direalisasikan dengan baik.Hal ini terkendala oleh SDM yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan.Sedangkan penyesuaian bahan baku dan bahan penunjang lainnya dalam pelaksanaan produksi

    OPEN INNOVATION: Overcome Challenges And Increase The Profitability Of Smes In The Era Of Globalization

    The development of the digital world today has given different nuances in various aspects, especially in business. Companies are competing to compete in order to increase their sales. Currently, social media has become a tool in conducting promotions, making it easier for companies to carry out their activities. This study aims to examine the effect of social media marketing activities and Brand Awareness on Brand loyalty on Samsung Smartphone products. The research population consists of consumers who actively follow five brands with the highest social scores according to social media brand performance data. In this study, quantitative methods were used and research data were obtained through online questionnaires distributed on social media as many as 200 respondents. Based on the results of testing the coefficient of determination for the Social media marketing variable, it was obtained at 42.38% while the coefficient of determination for the Brand Awareness variable was 66.58%. This shows that the two variables have a strong relationship, especially in the variable Brand awareness of Brand Loyalty. The limitation of this study is that the respondents are limited to only in the city of Bandung. This study also provides several recommendations, namely; (1) companies must be selective in choosing which social media is right for the intended target. (2) the company must provide continuous information about the product so that consumers do not seek information from other e-commerce via social media.

    Tujuan dari kegiatan program ipteks bagi mm.yarakat (lbM) ini adalah untuk mengembangkan dua mitra, yaitu Deden Batik dan Nanda Batik kearah UKM yang /ebih mandiri secara ekonomi dan memiliki keunggulan bersaing di kancah MEA. Dalam mewujudkan ke arah yang lebih mandiri secara ekonomi dan memiliki keunggulan bersaing, maka tim memberikan materi dan pelatihan dalam pengelolaan persediaan, yaitu dengan memberikan materi dan pelatihan mengenai sistem pencatatan dan metode penilaian persediaan. Hasil dari pengabdian pada masyaraka􀁖 yang telah dilaksanakan pada kedua mitra (Deden Batik dan Nanda Batik) di Tasikmalaya, maka kedua mitra (Deden batik dan Nanda batik) mampu membuat sitem pencatatan persediaan dan metode penilaian persediaan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel sehingga kedua mitra dapat dapat mengetahui persediaan yang ada di gudang baik persediaan yang dibeli (persediaan yang masuk ke gudang), persediaan yang dijual (persediaan yang keluar dari gudang) dan saldo (sisa) persediaan yamg ada di gudang, yang akan memudahkan dalam peengelolaan persediaannya dan membantu kedua mitra dalam proses produksi, pesanan barang dan penjualan barang. Berdasarkan hasil pengabdian pada masyarakat, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa kedua mitra UKM (Deden Batik dan Nanda Batik) mampu membuat sistem pencatatan persediaan dan metode penilaian persediaan dengan menggunakan Microsoft Excel.
