- ItemANALISIS FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI STRUKTUR MODAL PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR YANG LISTING DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA(LPPM STIE STEMBI BANDUNG BUSINESS SCHOOL, 2015-02) Bayunitri, Bunga Indah; Malik, Taufik AkbarTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis secara desktriptif dasar penentuan struktur modal, struktur aktiva, tingkat penjualan, tingkat profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, kebijakan dividen, dan struktur modai; mengetahui pengaruh secara serempak faktor struktur aktiva, tingkat penjualan, tingkat ptofitabilitas, risiko bisnis, kebijakan dividen terhadap struktur modal; mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial faktor struktur aktiva, tingkat penjualan, tingkat profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, kebijakan dividen, dan struktllr modal. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi kasus. Unit analisisnya adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang listing di BE1 pada tahun 2011. Seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Teknik analisis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisa deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif, serta teknik analisa asosiatif menggunakan model statistik regresi berganda, dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji sbtistik F, dan uji statistik t, pada tingkat kesalahan 5%. Hasil uji statistik F menunjukkan struktur aktiva, tingkat penjualan, tingkat profitabilitas, risiko bisnis, dan kebijakan dividen secara serempak mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap struktur modal sebesar 94%. Selanjutxya berdasarkan uji statistik t, pengaruh kelima faktor tersebut terhadap struktur modal menunjukkan struktur aktiva berpengaruh positif dan signifikan, tingkat penjualan berpengaruh negatif signifikan, tingkat profitabilitas berpengaruh negatif signifikan, risiko bisnis berpengaruh negatif signifikan, dan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan.

Waskita Karya, Tbk. Tebing Tinggi - Parapat Toll Road Project Phase 1 Section 3 Section Tebing Tinggi - Serbelawan Zone 4 which is measured by the principle of procurement of goods and services based on the Regulation of the Minister for State-Owned Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number PER - 08 / MBU / 12/2019 concerning Guidelines for Procurement of Goods and State-Owned Enterprise Services. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study consisted of the QHSE, Production, Equipment & Risk, Procurement & Logistics, and Accounting & Financial sections, which can be said to be 51 people. The data analysis used was the Validity and Reliability Test, Descriptive Test, Normality Test, and Difference Test, using SPSS 20 and Microsoft Excel applications. The results showed that the system of procurement of goods and services was implemented by PT. Waskita Karya, Tbk is still conventional and has applied the principles of procurement of goods and services but has not been maximized. However, along with technological developments, companies must also develop a system into e-procurement to apply the principles of procurement of goods and services. Respondents also stated that respondents have been able to implement (eprocurement) because so far the company has started to hold various training both for employees and for vendors.

The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: (1). Entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership role. (2). The fund management. (3). Financial Performance (4). Business growth. (5). The influence of the entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership roles either partially or simultaneously to the management of funds. (6). Fund management influence on financial performance, (7). The influence of the financial performance of the business growth. The method used is descriptive verification. The technique used is the cross-section, the research carried out for a period of time (October 2010 - March 2011) of the 156 respondents entrepreneur’s paddy rice mill in the center of the district of West Java Indramayu, Karawang and Subang district. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Methods of data analysis used to test the hypothesis of the research is the analysis of the path (path Analysis). The results showed that: (1). Entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership role quite well, (2). The fund management is quite good, (3). Good financial performance, (4). Good business growth, (5). A significant difference between the entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership role for the management of funds (6). The effect of management of funds towards firm’s financial performance, (7). A significant difference between the financial performance of the business growth.

Ferry MThe strict business competition can change the behavior towards the unfair competition which is a form of economic crime. This situation forced the possibility of a large number of violations and irregularities that could ultimately cause disadvantage, resulted in fraud. One of the positive responses to prevent acts of fraud is early detection in the form of an implementation or the examination procedure called an investigative audit. The next stage is to focus on the investigation, report, and improve the alleged incidents of fraud. The results of this research indicated a correlation and a significant positive effect on fraud triangle perspective toward investigation fraud and their impact on fraud corrective actions.

Many businesses switching to viral marketing strategy using social media to market their products to make it easy and fast to be known such as the popular business is the makeup artist profession using instagram application. But still many Indonesian who are still not actively using instagram specially. But whether the use of viral marketing is really the best solution to enhance the brand image of the product. Types of research are descriptive analysis and regression analysis also for hypothesis testing using t-test. The results of this research indicated that viral marketing strategy using instagram application is effective toward brand image.

The research method used by researchers is descriptive method. Data from direct observations and interviews are processed and described based on sources from the literature (articles, books, magazines, etc.). The results of this study are a model of calculating sales and cost of goods sold for products produced by these small businesses. Furthermore, the results of this study are expected to provide an illustration for the small business in determining the selling price more accurately in order to get an optimal profit.
- ItemCOMPARATIVE ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECTIVENESS OF ADVERTISING BETWEEN ONLINE MEDIA AND OFFLINE MEDIA TOWARD THE PROCESS OF CUSTOMER PURCHASE DECISION(The 8th Internatioanl Conference on Business and Management Research, Sungkyunkwan University and Indonesia University, 2013-11-07) Bayunitri, Bunga IndahCurrently the Internet is still considered as a complement instead of a substitute for conventional advertising media as we know it. The existence of significant differences between the effects of the advertising effectiveness of online media and offline media to consumer purchase decision process at the present time which people are using mobile internet to find information anywhere and anytime is not yet confirmed. The research method used is descriptive research which describes a condition associated with other conditions. It is aimed to present an overview in a structured, factual and accurateas to facts, properties, and the relationship between the variables in research and further analyzed them statistically to obtain a conclusion. Statistical testing using t test and simultaneously using the F test will determine whether the ads through online media and offline media effectively influence consumer purchase decision process are significant or not. The research analysis showed that the advertising effectiveness of online media is the average 585, the score was included in the criteria of"Effective" and also has an influence on consumer purchase decision process based on t test (20.5>1.6). While the advertising effectiveness of offline media is the average 578, that score was included in the criteria of "Adequate Effective" but do not have an influence on consumer purchase decision process based on t test (-6.1 <1.6). Consumer purchase decision process is the average 626, the score was included in the criteria of "Fast", it can be said that the respondents have a favorable view of the high consumer purchase decision process. The simultaneity between advertising effectiveness of online media and the advertising effectiveness ofofflinemediahas an influence onconsumerpurchasedecision process based on the test F (211.7>3.05). It can be concluded that the advertising effectiveness of online media and the advertising effectiveness of offline media simultaneously have an influence on consumer purchase decision process. Companies need to set about the best proportion for use between advertising of online media and offline media in promoting and marketing their products in accordance with company requirements.

This study is motivated by the sluggishness of the property industry, because the growth for the past 4 years has been slow. The research population are property corporates listed at the IDX on the period of 2016-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling in order to obtain 27 companies that met the criteria. The results of the study state that PBV affects shares return.

The theoretical framework of this thesis consists of celebrity endorser, brand trust and brand consumer buying interest. Theoretical part also includes an insight and measures on celebrity endorser. brand trust and consumer buying interest.The research method used was descriptive analysis and causalmethod with the sample size of 100 respondents taken by purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing using using t-test and F-test also measuring a conclusion by using a regression analysis The result shows This research has resulted that each variable celebrity endorser and brand trust have significant effect on consumer buying interest. Advice for companies and marketers are in the selection of the endorser must have good credibility, as well as these celebrities must have an obligation not to do things that can damage their own image because it will have an impact on the brand image the advertise.

Many fresh graduates have not been able to acquire jobs. The striking difference between lives on campus compared to the world of work lessened their ability to adjust to it after graduation. Central Statistics Agency (BPS) said Indonesia's unemployment rate in February 2012 reached 6.32 % or about 7.61 million people. The high rate of unemployment has caused a shift in the role of higher education institutions from the knowledge creator approach to a competitive approach. Hence, universities are required to produce quality graduates prepared to compete in order to be ready for the work force. To carry out those demands is to improve the quality and skills of the graduates to be ready by including an internship program into the curriculum in college. The research method used is descriptive research that describes the relationship between the variables in research and further analyzed statically to later obtain a conclusion. In addition, the explanatory survey was also used, namely to explain the causal relationship between the independent variables with the dependent variable through hypothesis testing. Based on the result, the influence of the internship program has a positive point toward graduate’s job readiness. This means the internship program, which included in curriculum in higher education institution can provide graduates whom are ready to work with the same qualifications as the company expected. It also has benefits for the university, employers, and students to establish inter-university cooperation with the company, to facilitate the process of recruiting labor and experience gained by apprentices to prepare them to enter the work force.

This research uses quantitative research methods with the object of this research is the auditor at the Public Accountant Firm in Bandung. The sampling technique used in the research is the cluster technique. Based on the results of the research that 𝑡count 2.201 is greater than 𝑡table 2.001 and a significance of 0.032 which is smaller than 0.05. This means that H0 is rejected, thus H1 is accepted, meaning that the auditor’s professionalism variable has an influence on audit quality.

But, also have to be replaced by the position of a temporary pharmacist with considerable responsibility. The work target is oriented especially in the Jakarta area Pharmacist Assistants who have a greater income achievement than other regions. This makes the Pharmacist Assistant must help each other in problem solving at the Pharmacy in order to be able to serve patients well for the progress of the Pharmacy. But, not all pharmacists have the same behavior . There is a Pharmacist Assistant who is " indifferent ", does not care about his teammates, but there are also those who are happy to help, and care about the problems. The purpose of study was to determine the influence of emotional intelligence to organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in health care pharmacist assistants. The method of this research is non-experimental quantitative, including in causal research. The sampling technique used proportional random sampling technique. The results showed a significant positive effect of emotional intelligence on OCB (Y = 26,706 + 0.556X) with a sig value. 0,000 and r² = 0.382. Emotional intelligence has an influence on OCB of 38.2% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Pharmacist assistants who have high emotional intelligence are high OCB, but on the contrary if the Pharmacist Assistant has low emotional intelligence, OCB is low. The dominant dimension of OCB that appears in Pharmacist Assistants is sportsmanship.

The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. The research population is the retail trade sector companies listed on the ISE for the 2015-2019 period, totaling 24 companies. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method, so that the sample size was 8 companies. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using Eviews 9. The results showed that managerial ownership, the board of commissioners, the board of independent commissioners, and the board of directors have an effect on the company's financial performance. Meanwhile, institutional ownership, company size, and audit committee have no effect on the company's financial performance. In addition, the magnitude of the influence of managerial ownership, institutional ownership, company size, the board of commissioners, the independent commissioner board, the board of directors, and the audit committee in contributing to the influence of the company's financial performance is 91.7%.

In the face of increasingly intense marketing competition, the manufacturer should not be fixated by the shape of the product that offers the base function only. Generally, competition is now generally occurs at the level of additional value of products include additional functions or services that would set it apart from competitors. Packaging is one important element for the product. Packaging was not just a wrapper, but the packaging is a branding, identity. Regardless of the type of goods or products ready to be sold (already has given a brand and packaged), it will be reflected on the packaging of brand identification. Growbox is a form of creative products using a simple box containing oyster mushrooms that can be cultivated by anyone, anywhere, and at anytime which was first launched in September 2012 by a group of students from Bandung. With a simple box-shaped packaging and attractive, Growbox offers a new experience in urban farming activities. This research analyzed that the influence of packaging design to the brand image and the impact of customer loyalty are significant or not. The focus in this research is located on the packaging design influence to the brand image produced by the company and its impact to the customer loyalty generated by customers of Growbox. Types of research are a descriptive analysis and verificative analysis. Verificative test the hypothesis to search for truth, while the descriptive analysis of research describes the condition associated with other conditions, the target of the research is to present an overview in a structured, factual and accurate as to facts, properties, and the relationship between the variables studied and further analyzed statistically to later obtained a conclusion by using a regression analysis, correlation, hypothesis testing with the t-test for partial and F-test for simultanous. And the result of this research showed that packaging design has a significant influencet to brand image and also has a significant impact on customer royalty.

This research uses quantitative research methods with the object is taken from the consumer of Kopi Toko Djawa. The sampling technique used in this research is a random sample technique. Based on results that product quality has an influence on purchasing decisions based on consumer perception is 85.5%. This shows that the better quality of the product, the better the purchasing decision.
