In this paper I will examine the franchise development in Indonesia in relation to Law No. 14 of 2001 concerning Patents; this study uses an empirical normative judicial approach. Normative juridical reference to the principles, national and international legal norms, by reviewing data libraries or secondary data consisting of primary, secondary, tertiary legal materials. And use descriptive analysis research specifications. The empirical factor is the effectiveness of implementing statutory provisions to achieve its objectives.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF THE REVENUES FROM BILLBOARD TAX, STREET LIGHTING TAX, AND ACQUISITION TAX OF THE RIGHTS OF LAND AND BUILDING ON THE LOCALLY-GENERATED REVENUE OF BANDUNG REGENCY FOR THE PERIOD OF 2015 – 2019(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 4, 2020) Satria, Edo; Yulianty, Dylla; Putri, Priyanka Primesti; Safira, Zia; Bagja, Hafied NoorThis study aims to analyze the effect of revenue from billboard tax, street lighting tax, and acquisition tax of right of land and building on the Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD, for its acronym in Indonesia) of Bandung Regency for the period 2015-2019. The method of the research is descriptive analysis with a quantitative approach and secondary data type. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that partially the revenues from billboard tax and street lighting tax do not positively affect the PAD. However, the revenue from the acquisition tax of the rights of land and building has a positive effect on the PAD. Meanwhile, the revenues from billboard tax, street lighting tax, and the acquisition tax of the rights of land and building affect the PAD of Bandung Regency simultaneously by 21.1% and the remaining 78.9% is influenced by other factors that are not included in this study test variables.

Phenomenon occurring, often encountered people who are reluctant to do as an entrepreneur for many reasons. To resolve this problem, quality entrepreneurship education process is needed.. Until today, the process of entrepreneurship educations still continues require the developments and improvement to produce graduates who have entrepreneurial spirits. One of the model of education that is being developed is Student Centered Learning Model. This study aimed to investigate the effect of student centered learning implementing involving collaborative and project based learning in entrepreneurship in creating of student’s action oriented attitude. Unit analysis of this study the implementation of collaborative and project based learning of entrepreneurship education at the Accounting Department of Widyatama University. This study focused on the implementation of education in even Semester 2014/2015. This research was conducted by descriptive qualitative and also supported by quantitative analysis.. Data collections were conducted by investigation of learning process documents, observation of activities, interview and discussions with faculty lecturers. Interviews were also with students both use the close ended questionnaires and open ended questionnaires to the students who participate in entrepreneurship courses at Accounting Department of the Faculty of Economics, Widyatama University in even semester 2014/2015.. The study shows that the collaborative and project-based learning has strived to be held and improved from time to time. Moreover, collaborative and project-based learning have significant positive role in creating student’s action-oriented attitude which is one of the foundations on which to develop the entrepreneurial spirit. Therefore, the development and improvement in this methods needs to be done continuously
- ItemPROTECTION OF INTEGRATED LAYOUT CIRCUIT DESIGN IN SUPPORTING THE POTENTIAL OF INTERNATIONAL TRADE IN INDONESIA(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Bagja, Hafied Noor; Iriani, YaniIn facing the potential of international trade, Indonesia requires legal certainty in protecting the existence of intellectual property. The existence of an integrated circuit layout design as a blueprint for integrated circuits, used in various information technology products, such as computers, cellular telephones, and communication equipment, has its own characteristics that are not suitable to be placed in the existing intellectual property law regime, therefore, it needs to be regulated in a special statutory regulation (sui generis). This research uses a comparative juridical approach research method by applying the statutory approach and the comparative approach. Indonesia has enacted a law on Layout Design of Integrated Circuits, but this law has several weaknesses. The weaknesses that exist relate to the completeness and quality of norms and law enforcement. This weakness is not only from the technical aspect of drafting legislation, but also is rooted in the legal culture.
- ItemREVIEW THE ASPECTS OF LEGAL PROTECTION FOR CONSUMERS IN E-COMMERCE TRANSACTIONS IN INDONESIA(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Bagja, Hafied Noor; Saudi, Nur Surayya MohdThe development of virtual business systems, such as virtual stores and virtual companies where businesspeople run their business and commerce through the internet and no longer rely on conventional real company business. Various problems that arise as a result of information technology and must be faced by the law should have been quite clear and predictable. So how is the legal challenge of e-commerce development and how is the role of government in encouraging the emergence of startups (startup) in the e-commerce field. The research method used uses a qualitative and descriptive approach, with data analysis techniques using an interactive model. The results of the study stated that the challenges of novice business players must be able to see the potential and opportunities of business opportunities as a result of the development of information technology by utilizing e-commerce. It is important to understand and understand by them various issues related to legal challenges in building electronic commerce businesses such as business contracts as an effort to minimize legal issues that can occur in the future and the government prepares various e-commerce regulations namely the Ministry of Communication and Information, the Ministry of Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Financial Services Authority as material for policy making and the formation of e-commerce regulations.
