- ItemCHANGES IN THE ORGANZATIONAL OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL AGENCY OF THE CITY OF TERNATE NORTH MALUKU PROVINCE(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Arifin, MaharEnvironment Life Agency (BLH) in Ternate City in the performance of duties and their resposibility not run as mandated by the legislation in environmental managing from planning, hendling up evaluation and prevention. This condition indicates that the change of the District Enverionment Life Agancy organization (BLH) in Ternate City beyond expectation and not according to the specifications within the county which results in the execution of the task is not already running. By looking at the various issues that accur, this study is capable of analisis done on the change of the District Enverionment Life Agancy organization (BLH) in Ternate City North Maluku then this research is expected to discover a new concept of change organizations in developing knowledge of public administration. This study uses a qualitative approach as it aims to gain an understanding of empirical phenomena is intact on the meaning contained in the problem of organizational change. Researchers as the main instrument, and data obtained through direct observation in the study site. Depth interviews with informants while the data were analyzed descriptively qualitative. I study found that organizational change Environment Agency (BLH) Ternate of North Maluku Province has not fully taking into account aspects of human resources, job descriptions, organizational strategy, organizational design, use of technology and culture. Thus, the concepts found in this study is the strengthening of human resources determines the success of organizational change is reflected in the solidity of the structure, duties and working strategies of local government organizations.

The strength of the Republic of Indonesia finally passed away on whether we still use the four pillars of nationalism. The four pillars of the Republic of Indonesia republic of Indonesia Republic of Indonesia namely Pancasila as the basis and ideology of the state, the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia as a state constitution and the decree of the republic of Indonesia, the Republic of Indonesia, the republic of Indonesia as a form of state, and Unity in Diversity as the motto of the country. The paradigm of a society that is so active, dynamic and national today is access to social changes that occur in the community, both as a consequence of the demands of the times and the development of an increasingly open, critical and universal mindset of society. Changes in the dynamics require the MPR RI to make adjustments, mainly related to the position of the institutional task and authority.

The four main ideas embody the legal ideals that govern the basic laws of the state, namely the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. The elucidation of the four main ideas Opening into the articles of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia covers four aspects of state life, namely: political, economic, socio-cultural, and defense and security, abbreviated as POLEKSOSBUD HANKAM.
- ItemTAEKWONDO STUDENT ORGANIZATION PROGRAM TO FACING THE PANDEMIC COVID-19 (Case Study on the Widyatama Taekwondo Student Organization)(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Kuswara, Galuh Boga; Arifin, MaharThis research aims to find out the impact of organizational planning and organizational leadership style in determining the turnover intention of organizational members in the Taekwondo Student Organization in Widyatama University since Covid-19 was infected Bandung City and The Goverments issued a regulation Work from Home (WFH). Respondents in this study were active members of the Widyatama University Taekwondo Student Organization which amounted to 76 members from 2017 until 2020, where the members were students registered at Widyatama University. This research was started from March until June 2020 and using the instruments of this study used a questionnaire distributed to respondents in this study, the results of the questionnaire were processed using the SPSS version 20.0 program as a hypothesis testing in this study. The results showed that the Widyatama University Taekwondo Student Organization was able to plan programs well, as well as the leadership in the organizational environment coordinated by the organization management and trainers who were able to direct their members to get achievements as organizational goals. The variable turnover intention shows that members of the Widyatama University Taekwondo Student Organization still want to exist in this organization. It can also be seen that the influence of organizational planning and leadership style can influence turnover intention closely, but the leadership style can influence turnover intention more closely than organizational planning.
