- ItemATTITUDE TOWARD COMPENSATION AND EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR (Study of Staff Employees of One Mining Company in Kalimantan)(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Mora, Linda; Hakim, Arif Rahman; Agustriyana, DarwisAttitude toward compensation is the response of a person (employee) to the compensation given by the company for what the employee has given or done for the company. The better the compensation given to employees can increase job satisfaction and employee attachment to the organization, can help attract potential employees to join the company and maintain and retain productive employees. This study aims to determine the influence of attitudes on compensation and employee engagement on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). This type of quantitative research, with a population and sample that is all employees taff position in mining contracting companies, amounting to 50 employees. The sampling technique in this study used a census with data collection methods using a measuring instrument in the form of a questionnaire with a Likert scale type. Validity in this study uses content validity, with the validity of the ratio of this study using the method of content validity ratio (CVR). Testing the analysis of measuring instrument items was calculated by Pearson's product moment correlation equation and reliability testing by Cronbach's Alpha technique. Data analysis method with multiple analysis techniques. Based on the results of the regression test above, the value obtained by sig. 0.00 <0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is an influence of attitude towards compensation and employee engagement towards OCB simultaneously. From the determination test results obtained value of 0.325, the contribution of attitudes towards compensation and employee engagement is 32.5% to OCB, and 67.5% is influenced by other variables outside of the variables in this study.
- ItemCUSTOMER BASE BRAND EQUITY APPROACH AND CONSUMER LOYALTY OF PURCHASING DECISIONS ON ONLINE SHOPPING IN INDONESIA(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Bestari, Dinda Kayani Putri; Gusni; Agustriyana, Darwis; Butarbutar, DJ AndersonIn the digitalization era, the Indonesian people were very fond of the type of online shopping and this was seen as an opportunity for e-commerce companies. Data on the number of visitors for each e-commerce website has increased, but this has not been offset by increased revenue. Some e-commerce companies have the highest ranking on the number of visitors, but the revenue earned does not reflect that position. This indicates that there is a mismatch between the number of website visitors and the revenue earned by each company. Is the increasing number of visitors an effect of good customer base brand equity, why this does not have an impact on the addition of reports in each company, and how the influence of customer base brand equity and customer loyalty towards purchasing decisions in online shopping, various questions above can be answered through this research. The survey was conducted on 100 respondents who were consumers of Lazada e-commerce in parts of West Java and DKI Jakarta, namely the cities of Bandung, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang, Bekasi, Garut, Tasikmalaya and Sumedang. The survey results were obtained using Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM), with a type of construct with a reflexive indicator. Base on analysis, the findings is(1) Customer based brand equity has a positive and significant effect on online purchases, especially for Lazada. (2) Consumer loyalty consist of: cognitive loyalty, affective loyalty, connective loyalty and action loyalty has a negative effect on purchase decision but has a significant influence on the formation of purchase decisions on online purchase.

AndersonIslamic bonds or commonly known as "sukuk" is one of the capital market instruments that is come up as one of the important components in the global Islamic financial system and has become an innovative investment instrument for recent years. The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of CEO power, corporate governance, auditors reputation and firm characteristic as control variables (productivity, leverage, and firm size) to the corporate Islamic bonds rating listed in Indonesia stock exchange for the period of 2013-2017. This research uses ordinal logit regression model to find out variables that has powerful effect to the corporate Islamic bonds rating which samples were taken from 11 firms that issued Islamic bonds by using purposive sampling technique. The research finding was denoted that CEO power, board size, and leverage have no effect on the Islamic bond's rating. This result was explained that CEO power is measured by CEO tenure, board size and leverage do not determine the better of corporate Islamic bonds rating. Meanwhile, auditors reputation, board commissioner, productivity and firm size have positive effect on the corporate Islamic bonds rating.

A leader has to know where he stands and what leadership style he’s adopting in order to become a better leader tomorrow, and in the end; to influence the employees to improve their performance. On this crisis situation during Covid-19 pandemic, Puskesmas (Public Health Center) is at the forefront facing the virus outbreak and at the same time becoming the essential institution to serve community in every district. Hence, their services are expected to be excellent. This study is carried out to determine and to analyze the impact of leadership style on employees’ performance by using simple linear regression and to partially analyze the impact of leadership style on employees’ performance of the Public Health Center at Puskesmas Pasir Kaliki, Puskesmas Babatan, Puskesmas Garuda and Puskesmas Sukaraja. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. Data collection was achieved by distributing the questionnaire to 57 employees of the Pasir Kaliki Health Center, Babatan Health Center, Garuda Health Center and Sukaraja Community Health Center. This research uses descriptive analysis and simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of multiple analysis, it shows that the regression and partial leadership style variable has a significant impact on employees’ performance.
