    Abstract
    The development of population and settlements in Anggi District, Arfak Mountains Regency, West Papua Province, requires the construction of facilities and infrastructure that support in terms of flood prevention, such as in the Anggi District area. The risk of flooding that occurs in Arfak Mountains Regency can be reduced or minimized by carrying out preparedness and prevention of flood disasters. One of the measures taken is to know and know the areas that have the potential for flooding. Therefore, it is necessary to arrange the existing drainage network system and add new drainage networks and complementary buildings. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the canal concept planned in the Anggi District is able to minimize the impact of flooding.
