As a result, being overweight becomes a problem that must be solved. Technology has developed rapidly, providing an easy way to do various activities. Using technology, this weight problem can be solved by building a web-based ideal weight calculation application. The method used with the first step of making an application is analyzing system requirements, system design, user interface, coding and implementation using PHP. The next step is to test the application. With this application, users can easily see changes in toddler weight every month and find out the ideal weight for toddlers. It is hoped that this application can simplify the work of Posyandu employees. This system uses the PHP programming language with MYSQL database and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solutions (TOPSIS) method. Functional testing shows that the overall functionality of the system works well..

Though the language has the similar root as Malay, Singapore and several South-east Asian countries, Indonesia attracts more to the foreigners within some reasons. The study of Bahasa Indonesia for foreigners is called BIPA, Bahasa Indonesia untuk Penutur Asing. This program has continually developed since the beginning of its appearance. Foreigners who come to Indonesia in various purposes, as traveling, business or even study in some institutions. One of the institution which accepted foreigners as their student was Widyatama University Bandung. They collaborated with NPIC (National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia) to have a join degree program in 2017 (batch I) and in 2018 (batch II). Students tended to make some mistakes in learning process. The errors were attributable to their native language (Khmer) which was basically different with Bahasa Indonesia. During the learning process in BIPA Program, syntax error occurred especially in written language when they sent information through social media (instant messaging), such as WhatsApp or Line. The research was conducted in Widyatama University during a four-month-program. The research focused only in Syntax level and This study was qualitative research in the form of case study.

This paper conducted to support success transition of implementation of Data Warehouse of Higher Education in Indonesia that had been implemented since 2013. However, Data Warehouse of Higher Education implementations are complex, with many encountering difficulty and even failure. Transition of Data Warehouse implementation has been identified as critical success factor. A model that is used to manage the transition of Data Warehouse of Higher Education is Bridge’s Model, where this model is included to top ten leading transition for managing change in the world. The paper is to summarize the results of selected relevant articles both of the success implementation new IT technology and how to handle resistance to make transition hoped. In addition, this research evaluated the transition models. The paper is hopefully able in changing better equipped management to acquire satisfactory decision for all parties involved in implementing new IT system. This paper also conducted with Action research to get the valid information.
