- ItemANALISIS KINERJA SAHAM PADA PERUSAHAAN YANG MELAKUKAN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING (IPO) DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2010(Universitas Widyatama, 2014) Yuliani, RevaThis research analyzes the running of stocks in companies which have been doing Initial Public Offering (IPO) in Indonesia Bursary Effect during the period of 2010. Measuring the running of stocks is a way to relate the aim of the companies which is to get some fund used for expansion and the aim of the investors which is to get a high return value. This research aims to reveal how short term stocks (for 3 months) and long term stocks (for 24 months) are run in the companies which have been doing IPO during the period of 2010; and to analyze whether there is any difference between the running of short term stocks and the running of long term stocks. By employing descriptive method using historical data and comparative study, this research involves twenty three companies as the sample. The results of this research in which the data are examined by using one sample t-test show that the running of short term stocks is outperformed,proved by t-arithmetic (3,028)> t-table (2,074); and the running of long term stocks is underperformed, proved by t-arithmetic (2,818)> t-table (2,074). Meanwhile the data which are examined by F-test with sig (t) =0,000 <= 0,05 show significant differences between theshort term stocks running (for 3 months) and the long term stocks running (for 24 months) in the companies which have been doing IPO during the period of 2010.
- ItemANALISIS KINERJA SAHAM PERUSAHAAN-PERUSAHAAN YANG MELAKUKAN INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING (IPO)(Seminar Nasional Forum Manajemen Indonesia (FMI 6) , Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara, 2014-11-12) Riantani, Suskim; Yuliani, RevaMeasurement of the performance of stock in the companies that make an Initial Public Offering (IPO) is one of the activities for linking the interests of the company in obtaining funding expansion purposes with the interests of investors in acquiring a high value of stock returns. This research investigated to analyze performance of the stock through the measurement of initial returns, abnormal returns, outperformed or underperformed of stock returns in the short-term (3 months) and in the long-term (24 months), and to test of significance differences of the stock performance in the short-term with the long-term. The purposive sampling method is used to obtain the sample and there are 21 companies was conducted to make an Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period of 2010. The research method are descriptive and comparative analysis using historical data. Statistical test using a one sample t-test and paired sample t-test. The results showed that the company stocks had under-pricing that investors obtain positive initial returns, the short-term abnormal returns tend to decrease, while the abnormal returns in the long-term is fluctuate. Performance of stock had outperformed in the short-term and in the long-term. The results also showed that performance of stock in the companies that do an IPO in 2010 in both of the short-term and in the long-term are significantly different. There was no significant difference performance of stock in the short-term with in the long-term in the Indonesian IPOs during the period.

However, cloud computing poses ethical problem which is the consumers’ right to privacy and thus it leads to ethical dilemma that involves the provider, consumer, and government. Another form of technology that recently emerged and has the capability of improving operating activity is blockchain. Blockchain is a form of distributed ledger that has the capability to record transaction in a highly secure manner. There are many studies that investigate the impact of cloud computing as well as blockchain on enterprise-level users. However, there is a limited amount of study that investigate the link between cloud computing and blockchain and its impact on privacy issue. Therefore, this research investigates the relationship between cloud computing and blockchain as well as its impact on privacy issue by exploring the collected secondary data. The research finds that cloud computing could support the implementation of blockchain by nullifying the challenges that blockchain faces in terms of cost, scalability and performance. This is indicated by the emergence of blockchain as a service (BaaS). The research also finds that blockchain could improve cloud computing security issues in the future. Finally, the research finds that the future integration of both technologies could mitigate the cloud computing ethical problem which is the breach of consumers’ privacy.
- ItemTHE FACTORS OF CAPITAL EXPENDITURE, LEVERAGE, PROFITABILITY, COMPANY VALUE AFFECT THE PROPERTY SECTOR(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Yuliani, Reva; Hadi, Dudi AbdulThis study aims to analyze the factors that influence the value of the company in the property and real estate sub-sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019, this study uses secondary data obtained from the official website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study was 39 companies selected by the purposive sampling method. By using the panel data regression method to determine the effect capital expenditure, leverage, and profitability on firm value. Panel data regression analysis results show that the variable capital expenditure does not affect the value of the company, while the variable leverage, and profitability affect the value of the company. Based on the results of this study are expected to be a source of information for investors before investing. For companies the results of this study become a reference for improving financial performance so as to increase company value.

The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal portfolio with its composition. The method used is the Single Index Model method and the data used in this study are quantitative data. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that the optimal portfolio produced 3 optimal shares of 31 shares that were sampled in this study including ANTM 22%, SRIL 36% and INCO 42% with expected portfolio returns of 0.0546 with a portfolio standard deviation level of 0,1563.

The method used is descriptive method. The method used is qualitative methods and modelling. And technique of the data used by other interviews, a questionnaire, and observation. The results show that the picture of the business model now is nine blocks of the business model canvas Penta code Digital has a weakness in the block channels, revenue streams, and key activities. While, Penta code Digital has a strength in the cost structure, value propositions, customer relationships, key partnerships, and customer segments. The new business model for the Penta code Digital is by adding product content, optimizing channels, and increasing revenue streams.

The data analysis technique used in this study is to use linear regression analysis multiple. The data used in this study is the time series data for the 2016-2018 period. SBI variable has a negative and significant effect on composite. Inflation, Exchange Rate, SBI, Amount of Money Supply and net foreign transactions Simultaneously influence the composite. whereas partially the variables that influence the composite are the exchange rate, the SBI and the money supply. Macroeconomic variables used in this study can explain the composite of 61% while the rest is influenced by other variables. Investors should decide before investing to take into account macroeconomic variables. The difference between this study and previous research adds the variable Number of Outstanding Shares and foreign transactions in the Indonesian capital market.

DJUANDA AS A PRODUCT OF DARK TOURISM BASED ON 4A TOURISM COMPONENT APPROACH(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Oktaviani, Desy; Sutisna, Deden; Fatihat, Gita Genia; Hasan, Oliver; Yuliani, RevaBandung in addition to having a diversity of potential attractions and natural tourism activities, also has a large share in the history of Indonesia after colonialism, so that Bandung has a lot of history both positive and negative. One of the historical relics in Bandung is the Dutch Cave and the Japanese Cave in the area of Taman Hutan Raya Juanda (Tahura Djuanda). Dark tourism which is a special part of historical tourism because there are historical tourism destinations that bring memories of grief, sadness and tragedy, having the potential to be developed in the Tahura DJuanda region. This qualitative study aims to identify the internal and external potential of the Dutch Cave and the Japanese Cave in supporting dark tourism in the city of Bandung. Premier data is obtained through in-depth interviews with managers and field staff on duty. Furthermore, in-depth interviews with the government on the extent of the policies and management of the Dutch cave and Goa Japan including the obstacles encountered. The data obtained were then analyzed using the content analysis method approach to the 4A tourism component. This research can provide wider knowledge and insight related to the potential of dark tourism in the city of Bandung and can contribute in terms of the economy and the provision of large employment opportunities for the community. In addition, this research can be useful as input for relevant parties, especially policy makers who will develop dark tourism, so as to educate tourists about the sacrifice of people who strived for national independence. The research indicate that the Dutch Cave and Japanese Cave meet the criteria for dark tourism in the darkest spectrum, because the caves have a dark history that occurred during the colonial period where a tragic event that resulted in death occurred both during its construction and during their use.
