E.; Hamdani, Dani; Chaniago, Muhammad Benny; Wahyu, Ari PurnoIn accordance with the Instruction of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 3 of 2003 concerning National Policy and Strategy for the Development of e-Government, each government agency must have a Strategic Plan for e-Government Development. The Cirebon City Government plans that the master plan for the development of information and communication technology is the basis for the development of information technology applications and infrastructure in the Cirebon City Government. This study uses the Indonesian e-Government rating dimension, the guidelines of which are made by the Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Indonesia, five dimensions have been determined which will be studied by the ICT masterplan, namely Policy, Institution, Infrastructure, Applications and Planning. It is expected that a plan for the implementation of Information Technology (e-Government) in the Cirebon City Government is in line with the latest developments and needs, and the availability of guidelines in the development, maintenance and management of Information Technology in order to support the tasks and functions of the Cirebon City administration.
- ItemMEDICINE PRODUCT RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM USING APRIORI ALGORITHM AND FP-GROWTH ALGORITHM(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Sukenda; Wahyu, Ari Purno; SunjanaAs one of the pharmacy products is a company that sells Medicine and website-based health products, this pharmacy is able to produce sales data every day which continues to grow and is not considered to be able to maximize the utilization of the data. Sales data is only stored without further analysis, so an application is needed to analyze the market basket of transaction data on medicine product sales using data mining as a data analysis technique that can help pharmacies, so pharmacy owners obtain knowledge in the form of sales patterns in certain month period. Data mining applications are built using linear sequential processes with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The algorithm used as the main process of market basket analysis to find out the stock of goods is a priori algorithm by using minimum support, minimum confidence, and month period of the sales transaction to find the association rules. Data mining applications produce association rules between items purchased items, namely consumers make transactions to purchase medicine products simultaneously with min support of 50% and confidence of 80%. Thus, if there is a consumer buying medicine product, then there is a possibility that 80% of consumers buy similar products.

This paper conducted to support success transition of implementation of Data Warehouse of Higher Education in Indonesia that had been implemented since 2013. However, Data Warehouse of Higher Education implementations are complex, with many encountering difficulty and even failure. Transition of Data Warehouse implementation has been identified as critical success factor. A model that is used to manage the transition of Data Warehouse of Higher Education is Bridge’s Model, where this model is included to top ten leading transition for managing change in the world. The paper is to summarize the results of selected relevant articles both of the success implementation new IT technology and how to handle resistance to make transition hoped. In addition, this research evaluated the transition models. The paper is hopefully able in changing better equipped management to acquire satisfactory decision for all parties involved in implementing new IT system. This paper also conducted with Action research to get the valid information.
- ItemWater Quality Monitoring System Using Server IOT (Internet of Things) and Sensor(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Wahyu, Ari Purno; Ikram, SyafrizalThis research discusses the implementation of the Smart Farming System in hydroponic plantations that utilize remote data communication via the internet. In hydroponic plantations using control algorithm is programmed on the Arduino Uno micro controller with a pH Meter and EC Meter as measurement variables, as well as pumped water discharge rates and fertilizer doses as control variables. To monitor all control conditions using website-based information system was developed with a PHP programming language framework, namely CodeIgniter and MySQL as a database. This web server can be accessed by operators who are far from the plantation to monitor process variables and change set points. This web server is realized based on the concept of the Internet of Things and uses the Ethernet Shield communication module and the Hypertext Transfer Protocol (HTTP) communication protocol.
