For issuers, issue Islamic bonds (sukuk) means also utilize certain opportunity. The Issuer may acquire a broader funding sources, both conventional and Islamic investors. Moreover, the innovative structure of Islamic bonds also offer an opportunity to gain a competitive capital cost and benefit. This study aims to determine the effect of different types of Islamic bonds (sukuk) in companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The method used by the researchers is to test the diversity using chi-square statistic with data collection based on the financial statements of some companies listed on the Stock Exchange. - ItemTHE EFFECT OF CHARACTERISTICS OF INDIVIDUALS, COMPETENCE, AND WORK ENVIRONMENT ON LECTURER PERFORMANCE IN MANAGEMENT STUDY PROGRAMS AT UNIVERSITY X(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Sujai, R. Achmad Drajat AjiThis study aims to analyze the influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment on the performance of lecturers. The type of research method used is an explanatory survey. The sampling technique uses saturated samples because all populations are used as samples of 96. The number of questionnaires that can be processed is 90 respondents from 96 questionnaires distributed. Analysis of statistical data used is the validity, reliability, classical assumption test, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing with ANOVA. The results of data processing influence of individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment on the performance of the lecturers of Management Study Program at University X showed a correlation coefficient of 0.588 which means that individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment had a fairly strong relationship with lecturer performance significantly. The coefficient of determination is obtained at 0.346, which means that the contribution of individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment to the lecturer performance is 34.6%, the remaining 65.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. Partial testing showed that there was a significant effect between individual characteristics, competencies, and work environment with the performance of lecturers partially with the direction of a positive relationship.

Achmad Drajat Aji; Salam, Jimmy AsprillaThis study aims to analyze the effect of self-efficacy and work environment on the performance of state civil servants. The population is employees of the State Civil Apparatus. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification research methods using a quantitative approach. The number of samples in this study were 50 respondents with the statistical analysis tool used is multiple regression analysis. The results of multiple regression testing show that self-efficacy and work environment affect employee performance, with a positive relationship and make a strong contribution. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that the regression model can be used to predict employee performance. Likewise, partial testing shows that both self-efficacy and work environment have a significant positive effect on employee performance.

The type of research used is associative research with a research sample of 78 respondents through saturated sampling techniques. Measurement instruments in the form of questionnaires with likert scales. The statistical analysis tool used is a multiple linear regression test. Based on the results of processing data shows that work stress and work motivation have a low influence with a positive relationship direction. Based on the results of hypothesis testing that work motivation and work stress affect employee performance simultaneously at PT. X during the pandemic. Partial test results showed that both work motivation and work stress had a significant effect on employee performance. The higher the employee's motivation, the higher the employee's performance during the pandemic. While the higher the level of work stress, the decreased employee performance during the pandemic.

Achmad Drajat Aji; Susanti, Neneng; Rahmayanti, RimaThis study aims to analyze the effect of entrepreneurship education and family environment on entrepreneurship through motivation. The type of research method used is an explanatory survey. The population in the study was 711, using a simple random sampling technique obtained as many as 260 samples. Analysis of statistical data used was the test of validity, reliability, classical assumption test, and path analysis. Based on the results of data processing, entrepreneurship education (X1) and family environment (X2) have a joint effect on entrepreneurial attitudes (Y). Furthermore, entrepreneurship education (X1), family environment (X2), and motivation (Z) together influence the attitude of entrepreneurship (Y) so that the model used in this study is fit or feasible. Entrepreneurship education and family environment have a positive and significant effect on the motivation of FEB University X Management study students partially. Likewise, entrepreneurship education, family environment, and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the attitude of entrepreneurship students of the FEB University X Management study program partially. The results of path analysis show that entrepreneurship education has a direct influence on the attitude of entrepreneurship, and indirectly also has an influence on motivation as an intervening variable. This means that motivation mediates entrepreneurship education. Then the family environment has a direct and indirect influence on entrepreneurial attitude with motivation as an intervening variable.

This study uses descriptive and verivative methods, Populations taken from Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. By using purposive sampling in sampling. Data used secondary sources of data items, namely the financial statements of 15 Manufacturing Companies listed on the Stock Exchange for the period 2012-2017. The data analysis used in this study is multiple linear analysis with a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing the data uses E-Views 9. The results of the study indicate that the partially Investment Opportunity Set partially Affects the Dividend Payout Ratio. and leverage has an influence partially on dividend payout ratio While Market Risk does not partially Affect the Dividend Payout Ratio. And together it shows that the Investment Opportunity Set, Leverage and Market Risk have a significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation, to find out how much the role of work discipline and motivation played, and to find out how much influence the work discipline and motivation had on employee performance at PT. Remaja Rosdakarya. The research method used is descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Remaja Rosdakarya with the same number of samples with the total population of 59 employees. The results showed that work discipline and motivation had a partial effect on employee performance at PT. Remaja Rosdakarya.
