Treatment carried out and the risk of not doing treatment creates a burden for patients. In this disease, patients are required to always obey the doctor's advice or have health beliefs . One factor that influences one's health beliefs is social support. This study aims to determine the effect of social support on health belief in patients with decreased kidney function. This research is quantitative non-experimental with 100 research respondents. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Measuring social support was measured using a social support scale based on Sarafino's theory adapted from Gideon (2010) totaling 36 valid items with a reliability value of 0.920 and a health belief measuring instrument measured using a health belief scale based on the theories of Janz and Becker of Widyaningsih (2018) which was modified amounting to 25 items with a reliability value of 0.848. Simple linear regression test results obtained sig. (P) = 0,000 with a coefficient of +0.308 which means that the hypothesis is accepted that social support has a significant positive effect on health belief . The value of R 2 indicates social support influences health beliefs of 16.4% is influenced by other factors. Patients with decreased kidney function were predominantly having negative health beliefs of 51%. Gender and age have no relationship with the patient's health belief in decreased kidney function. Patients who have high health beliefs in this study were predominantly male and in late adulthood.
- ItemTHE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SELF DISCLOSURE AND HAPPINESS OF WORKING WIFE(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Mariyanti, Sulis; Dinar, Diah Ayu; Safitri M; Arwaty, DiniIn carrying out the dual role as a housewife and work is not an easy thing. Various demands that must be carried out by working wives can cause fatigue, feelings of being burdened, and can even cause conflict in the household due to conflicting roles, thus making working wives unhappy. One of the things related to happiness is self disclosure . This study aims to determine the relationship between self disclosure and happiness in working wives. This research is quantitative with a purposive sampling technique involving 100 respondents. The self-disclosure measuring instrument used was compiled based on Wheeleess's self-disclosure theory totaling 34 valid items with a reliability value of 0.909, as well as a happiness measuring instrument compiled based on Seligman's happiness theory which amounted to 36 valid items with a reliability value of 0.914. Correlational test results obtained sig. (P) of 0.00 (p <0.05) and r value of 0.386, which means there is a significant relationship between self disclosure and happiness. Self disclosure contributed 14.9% to happiness in working wives and the remaining 85.1% by other factors. More happy working wives (52%) compared to unhappy wives. Age and level of education are known to have no relationship with happiness in working wives.

The work of marketing employees in the banking business are inseparable from the targets set by the company. The inability to reach the target makes the employees of marketing not engaged in their work. One factor that influences work engagement is job satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between job satisfaction with work engagement among marketing employees at PT Bank Swasta C in Jakarta. The design of this study was a correlation study with a purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 115. Job satisfaction was measured using the theory of Luthans (2006) with reliability (α) = 0.936 as many as 31 valid items. Work engagement scale based on the theory of Schaufeli and Bakker (2002) with reliability (α) = 0.948 as many as 21 valid items. The results showed there was a positive and significant relationship of job satisfaction with work engagement (sig 0,000 and r = 0.524). The contribution of job satisfaction in influencing work engagement by 27.5%. The job satisfaction of PT Bank Swasta C marketing employees in Jakarta was higher (54.8%) while work engagement was lower at 51.3%. From the results of the study that there is no relationship between work engagement with gender, age, work period and marital status.
- ItemRELATIONSHIP OF SOCIAL SUPPORT WITH SELF ADJUSTMENT OF PENSION PERIOD IN TELKOM'S RETIREMENT UNIT (P2TEL)(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Lunanta, Lita Patricia; Auliana; Safitri M; Sherlita, ErlyRetirement is a change that occurs in an employee who initially worked to become unemployed, or a change that includes losing a position, making a pension will feel no longer have self-respect by the environment, feel not getting attention, and care. This will show reactions such as being unable to control excessive emotions, being unrealistic, and unable to overcome feelings of frustration. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between social support and adjustment in retirement. A total of 100 research samples were collected from the Telkom Pensioners Association (P2TEL). The social support scale refers to the Sarafino theory with 27 items and reliability (α) 0.903 and the adjustment scale of the Scheneiders theory with 38 items and reliability (α) 0.876. The results showed a significant positive relationship (sig 0. 000 and r 0.410) between social support and the adjustment of P2TEL retirees. Based on the value of r 2 = 0.168 shows that social support influenced adjustment to 16.8%. Pensioners who have high social support (57%) and low social support (43%). P2TEL retirees who have a bad adjustment more (52%) compared to a good adjustment (48%). There is no relationship of conformity of retirees at P2TEL with people who are contacted by retirees when they have a problem.
- ItemRELIGIOSITY AND CELEBRITY WORSHIP RELATIONSHIP: A STUDY OF 2PM BOYBAND FANS COMMUNITIES(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Sitasari, Novendawati Wahyu; Margarett; Safitri M; Lisdayanti, AnnisaIn the 2PM fan community known as All Indonesia Hottest United (AIHU) which has been established since 2012 there are approximately 52 active members. With the age of 2PM boy band who had stepped on 10 years in 2018 still found fans who are quite active. The purpose of this study is to look at the relationship between religiosity and celebrity worship among members of the AIHU community. This research is quantitative, using a non-experimental correlational method with sampling techniques saturated sampling techniques because the total population is only 52 subjects and the entire population is sampled. The scale of religiosity is based on Glock & Stark theory with a number of 22 valid items with a reliability coefficient (α) of 0.874. The celebrity worship scale uses the Celebrity Attitude Scale from Maltby et al (2006) with a total of 23 valid items with a reliability coefficient (α) of 0.899. The results showed p = 0,000 with a correlation coefficient of -0.626, meaning that the hypothesis was accepted that there was a significant negative relationship between religiosity and celebrity worship on AIHU members. Based on the value of R2 shows that religiosity contributed 39% in influencing celebrity worship, while 61% was influenced by other factors. Religiosity among members of the AIHU community tends to be high and celebrity worship to members of the AIHU community tends to be low. Statistical test results state, the most dominant dimension of celebrity worship in 2PM community members is the intense-personal dimension with a percentage of 42.3%.
