Career center is a university supporting mengenai struktur organisasi carrier center universitas widyatama. Carrier center is a university supporting institution that carries out soft skill learning activities, job fair, gathering, and Tracer Study. Tracer study is conducted as an evaluation for institutions especially in the effort to increase teaching and learning activities at widyatama university. This research aims to conduct a search for university graduates and evaluate the results of tracer study graduates in 2017. The number of respondents who filled the questionnaire was 384 people from 1302 total graduates in 2017. From the analysis of data processing descriptive statistics are known as much as, 60,94% of current graduates work. 63%. Respondents worked in the private sector and the rest were scattered in the government sector, non profit organization, areas including state-owned enterprises as much as 23%, and entrepreneurs of 14%. Overall horizontal alignment of 79,5% means that the competence gained during the education in Widyatama according to the needs in the field of work, and from the results of the study obtained data that graduates who do work with the level of education is 78 %.it means good

They think that Le Minerale’s disposable gallons are considered not environmentally friendly. The government through the Ministry of Environment and Forestry has issued a policy on the reduction of waste by producers. However, PT Mayora Indah Tbk as Le Minerale manufacturer still uses disposable gallons. Although it has been regulated by the regulation of the Minister of Environment and Forestry, there are still consumers who complain about the gallon of Le Minerale. Therefore, further research is needed to find out how respondents responded to Green Consumer's Behavior, Price, and Brand Image to Customer Satisfaction with Le Minerale Gallon. Research method used is descriptive and verification method. While the data to support this research is secondary data and primary data. The population of this study was a customer of Le Minerale gallons in West Java by taking representative samples. The analysis tool used is logistic regression analysis. The sampling technique used is Accidental Sampling. The results of this study showed that price and brand image positively affect customer satisfaction, while green consumer's behavior has no effect on customer satisfaction. Therefore, it is recommended to the company to pay attention to the price and brand image so that consumers feel satisfied with Le Minerale gallon products.

One organization that is not profit oriented is Higher Education. To become a university that is able to compete with other universities, the organization must pay attention to the Human Capital (HC) owned by the Higher Education. Regarding the importance of Human Capital which is part of Intellectual Capital (IC), it is necessary to conduct research that aims to find out how the conditions of human capital factors at Widyatama University are based on the criteria of BAN-PT. The research method used is descriptive and comparative method. The data used are secondary data, because this research is only limited to qualitative analysis. The Human Capital dimension measured is the number of full-time professors, number and type of training, number of permanent lecturers, number of non-permanent lecturers (guest lecturers, extraordinary lecturers, expert lecturers), lecturer achievements (awards, grants, program funding), qualifications (total Position) academic lecturer, academic lecturer competency (number of lecturers, S1, S2, S3) educations, number of non-academic staff (librarians, laboratory staff, technicians, etc.). The results of the analysis of the data obtained indicate that the overall condition of Human Capital owned by Widyatama University is good, because it is in accordance with the standards of Ban-PT.
