The research method used is explanatory. The data used is secondary data. The research population is all property and real estate sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. Sampling using purposive sampling methods. A sample of 12 companies was obtained with a total observation of 36 data. Data analysis methods using panel data analysis and data testing are performed using the E-Views 10 program. The results showed profitability had an effect on the share price, and solvency had an effect on the share price. Profitability, and solvency affect the share price.
