These various factors are derived from the approach of entrepreneurial activity and the approach of entrepreneurial personality traits. The research method in this study used ex post facto research by asking questions to 30 start-up business people about what factors they are considered important when deciding to leave the nascent entrepreneur stage and becoming start-up business people. Based on this study, there are 9 very important factors that are thought to be the drivers of the entrepreneur entrepreneur's potential to become a start-up business.

A literature study is used to understand deeply and comprehensively about the curriculum of civic education in the industrial revolution era 4.0. The results obtained showed that the civic education curricula have Identics with citizen rights and obligations, democracy, human rights, nationalism, geopolitical and geostrategic. Civic education curriculum needs to renew the system of learning and teaching model with the times. In practical results of this study can be used as reference material citizensip education further research writing. Then the results of this study can be used as study materials about the course curriculum citizenship education in the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Dani Hermawan; Nurani, NinaThis research was conducted to find out how much the influence of employee job satisfaction in driving the emergence of employee engagement on employees of the Functional Unit Human Capital Management PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The influence is expected to create an increase in work performance and productivity in adapting to the conditions of company development and competition. The type of research used is an explanatory research with quantitative approach by taking a sample of 85FU HCM employees. Data analysis used in hypothesis testing is simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded employee job satisfaction at FU HCM has a positive and significant effect on employee engagement with an effect of 46.2%. While the remaining influence of 53.8% is caused by other variables outside the research model.

This study aims to test how much influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on employee commitment of CV. Srikandi. This research uses the verification method, the data collected by using quota sampling technique because of the population is relatively small, with the number of respondents 23 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis to test whether or not the effect of independent variables on the dependent variables is present. The variables in this study consisted of two independent variables, Motivation as X1 and Job Satisfaction as X2, and a dependent variable, Organizational Commitment as Y. The data is processed using IBM SPSS Statistic 22.0. The results showed that simultaneously, motivation and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment with an influence of 46,3%. However, partially, motivation has a negative and insignificant effect, while job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect.

The influence is expected to create increased productivity in adapting to the conditions of organizational development and high level of engagement from the teacher to the organization. The type of research used is a combination of descriptive methods and correlation methods by taking a sample of 110 kindergarten teacher in Cimahi. Data analysis used in hypothesis testing is simple linear regression analysis. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the level of OCB that occurs in kindergarten teacher is high with a percentage of 81,4%, while the application of teacher’s performance is also high with a percentage of 82,2%. The result show that OCB has a positive and significant effect on teacher’s performance with an effect of 50,7%. While the remaining influence of 49,3 % is caused by other variables outside the research model.

The results were expected to contribute in the development of human resource management science, especially transformational leadership, motivation, commitment, and employee performance. This research was expected to be used as information and consideration in making rules or policies to improve employee performance. The research used analysis of verification. the data collected with using a questionnaire accompanied by observation. The data collection conducted in 2014. Data were analyzed using Path Analysis. The results showed that transformational leadership and motivation either partially or simultaneously positive and significant effect on the performance of employees, as well as employee commitment and significant positive effect on the performance of employees at the Office of the Head Office of PT Tiki JNE Bandung.

One of the difference that exists in every language system is the grammatical category and one of the grammatical categories that must be considered by an interpreter is the modality system. This modality system has a disclosure which is called a disclosure modality. Expressed of modality is a term used for words, phrases or clauses that express the speakers' commitment or belief in a proposition. By using descriptive method, this research describes the lexical modal (insist) in English modality and Indonesian based on its meaning. The data was taken from corpus linguistics, that is Corpus of Contemporary American English (COCA).
