This study will examine the importance of fundamental analysis so that investors and analysts try to develop the information contained in the financial statements. The information in the financial statements of a company is believed to provide an overview of the current condition of the company as well as to predicting the condition of the company in the future. Because of the financial statements of the company will lead investors reacted to the decline or increase in stock prices. The data used in this research is secondary data from agricultural companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI). The sampling method used is "purposive sampling". Profitability effect on Beta. The reason is the higher profitability, will minimize the risk of the company. Leverage effect on Beta. The reason is the higher leverage that is owned by the company is concluded under the company is improving Operational Prudoksiksi companies that will lead to increasing the capacity of production of goods produced by the company, so as to improve the profitability of the company.

The brand community affect and trust will influence directly and indirectly brand loyalty via brand community commitment. The present study conducted this framework of thinking to 327 members of PI.One as Pajero owner community in Indonesia as respondents. The factor analysis found that in PI.One environment, respondents do not differentiate between affect and trust. Thus, the independent variables merged into brand community affect and trust (BCAT). The hypotheses testing found that all hypotheses are supported. Several implications and also future researches are discussed at the end of this article.
- ItemCOMPARISON OF FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE IN BANKING WITH HIGH CAR AND LOW CAR (Study of Banks Approved in The Kompas 100 Index for The Period 2013-2017)(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Putra, Ivan Gumilar Sambas; Sunarsi, DenokThis study discusses finance related to banks that have high CARs with banks that have low CARs that are projected through ROA and ROE in banks registered in the Kompas 100 index for the 2012-2017 period. The sample of this study consisted of 7 banks contained in the Kompas 100 index for the 2012-2017 period. This research method is quantitative and descriptive method using Paired Sample Test and Anova Test with the used of SPSS 24.0 software. The results showed differences in ROA performance in banks that have a high CAR and banks that have a low CAR and have a difference in ROE performance in banks that have a high CAR and banks that have a low CAR.

The higher liquidity of the shares stock the more attractive to investors. This research is aimed to analyze the difference between Bid-ask spread before and after stock split on the company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2013. This research applies event study approach with 30 days observation which is divided into two, 15 days before and after stock split. This research applies descriptive and comparative method. The research sample are companies which perform stock split policy in 2009-2013 (24 companies) and using purposive sampling method. This research applies paired simple t-test as its data analysis technique using SPSS. The result shows that stock split causes bid-ask spread before and after stock split on the company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2013.

This type of research uses descriptive qualitative, the method used in this research is survey, interview to take advantage of potential opportunities that are owned using the Analytical Hierarchy Process and SWOT analysis then used by the demographic bonus. The results of this study which became the superior product in Langonsari village were peci products based on the identification of opportunities and strengths with a score of 2.62 greater than the threats and weaknesses with a score of 2.38. Internal external analysis, showing that BUMDes Langonsari Village is in quadrant V, namely the market penetration strategy and product development. As for the use of the demographic bonus through increasing human resources who have the ability in the field of technology, which is the main concern, must get an adequate portion. Concretely, the role of the demographic bonus in optimizing the strategic management of Village-Owned Enterprises prioritizes improvements in terms of marketing, production, finance and human resources.

The advertisement tax adherence compliance is measured using the advertisement tax payment realization while the increase in regional tax revenue is measured by the 2015-2018 budget realization report. The Analysis of data that used in this study is the classic assumption test, simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of this study indicate that compliance with advertisement tax payment effects the increase in local tax revenue based on (case study at the regional tax revenue agency of Karawang regency). The study uses 44 sample classification of of the amount of advertisement tax debt at the regional revenue agency of Karawang regency.

But in practice, there must be other aspects apart from some alternatives that support decision making. This aspect is a psychological aspect called a behavioral finance study which makes an investor's decision making less rational. This study aims to see the effect of emotional bias in making investment decisions, especially young investors in the investment gallery of Widyatama University. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample used in this study were 60 respondents from the Widyatama University investment gallery. The results of the data distribution were processed using multiple regression analysis tools. Partially, the emotional bias variable has a positive effect on stock investment decision making at the Widyatma University investment gallery.

ITOCHU LOGISTICS INDONESIA(International Journal of Innovation, Creativity and Change, Volume 6, Issue 6, 2019) Pawirosumarto, Suharno; Martina, Rosida Alit; Putra, Ivan Gumilar SambasThis research is aimed at testing, analysing and explaining the effects of job satisfaction, discipline and transformational leadership style toward employees’ performance of PT. Itochu Logistics Indonesia. This research was done under the descriptive and verificative research method. There were 102 respondents who participated in this study and provided valid data to be analysed. The data was then analysed using the paired linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS program of version 22. The result of this research shows that job satisfaction, discipline and transformational leadership style partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect toward the variable of employee performance. This finding is quite interesting as the human resources of PT. Itochu Logistics Indonesia are considered to have a relatively high level of discipline. This quality is quite supportive for the company to stay competitive in today’s competitive business environment. Logistics businesses or companies that run business or logistics in Indonesia need improve their employees’ work performance by focusing on their discipline. A leader should maintain good communication with the employees in order to be able to change their behaviour to improve their awareness and to obey any rules applied in a company and social norms. This study presents a detailed explanation on how to improve employees’ performance by enhancing their job satisfaction, improving their work discipline and implementing and utilizing the effectiveness of a transformational leadership style in a company that runs logistics in Indonesia.

Design/method/ approach - Combined qualitative and quantitative research, the test tool uses SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) for the verification hypothesis. Whereas for qualitative research with FGD and interviews. Originality/value - based on searches from several previous studies, shows that research on the influence of organizational support for knowledge sharing has never existed. So that this research can be used as literature to increase knowledge sharing in the university environment. Findings - Increasing sharing of knowledge in higher education institutions can be carried out effectively if organizational support is enhanced.

The factors tested in this study are internal audit and audit committee as independent variables. Meanwhile, good corporate governance is the dependent variable. The research method used in this research is explanatory method. The population in this study were internal auditors at PT. INTI which consists of 32 people. The sampling technique used in this study is non-probability sampling technique with saturation sampling technique, the number of samples in this study amounted to 32 internal auditors of PT. INTI. The analytical method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis at a significance level of 5%. The program used in analyzing data used the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver20.00. Based on the research result, it shows that internal audit and audit committee have an effect on good corporate governance in PT. INTI both partially and simultaneously. The magnitude of the influence of internal audit and the audit committee in contributing to the influence of good corporate governance is 67.7%.
