- ItemINFLUENCE OF SOCIAL SUPPORT TO HEALTH BELIEF ON PATIENTS DECREASE IN FUNCTION(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Respati, Winanti Siwi; Rangganis, Safira Tias; Safitri M; Prasetya, AdhitaDecreased kidney function has a growing number of sufferers each year. Treatment carried out and the risk of not doing treatment creates a burden for patients. In this disease, patients are required to always obey the doctor's advice or have health beliefs . One factor that influences one's health beliefs is social support. This study aims to determine the effect of social support on health belief in patients with decreased kidney function. This research is quantitative non-experimental with 100 research respondents. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling. Measuring social support was measured using a social support scale based on Sarafino's theory adapted from Gideon (2010) totaling 36 valid items with a reliability value of 0.920 and a health belief measuring instrument measured using a health belief scale based on the theories of Janz and Becker of Widyaningsih (2018) which was modified amounting to 25 items with a reliability value of 0.848. Simple linear regression test results obtained sig. (P) = 0,000 with a coefficient of +0.308 which means that the hypothesis is accepted that social support has a significant positive effect on health belief . The value of R 2 indicates social support influences health beliefs of 16.4% is influenced by other factors. Patients with decreased kidney function were predominantly having negative health beliefs of 51%. Gender and age have no relationship with the patient's health belief in decreased kidney function. Patients who have high health beliefs in this study were predominantly male and in late adulthood.
- ItemLifting Plan for Containers Weight of 20 tons(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Prasetya, Adhita; Komarudin, Udin; Santoso, HeruInfrastructure development in Indonesia supporting economic activities has reached its highest point in 2019. The construction of elevated toll roads has become one of the solutions for the development of the Cikampek- Jakarta toll road. Based on information, there have been several accidents on the toll road project due to the failure of the lifting process using a mobile crane. Based on this, an example of planning the appointment of a 40-foot container with a load of 20 tons using a mobile crane is intended to provide lessons in transport planning, so that accidents that occur can be minimized. The method used in this plan is as follows: (1) identify the dimensions and weight of the object to be transported; (2) determine the crane data to be used (3) calculate the total load of the object to be lifted along with the lifting gear (3) find the percentage of crane conditions used (4) calculate the Safety Factor; (5) comparing lifting capacity with the allowable lifting load based on the load card. Based on the calculation results, it can be concluded that the total load is 24,676 Tons, the lifting location factor is 28,377 Tons, Load Chart 29, 88 Tons, safety factor 1,052, with a boom length issued by 17.5 m, lift angle of 39o and the length of the main host is 5.9 m.
- ItemRestoration of The Bojongsoang Lake Oxbow Function In Citarum River(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 02, 2020) Prasetya, Adhita; Komarudin, Udin; MartoniCitarum River as an infrastructure has a function to distribute water has several limitations, one of which is the ability of the river to accommodate rainwater that occurs in the watershed. River alignment activities undertaken by the government in the 80's, produced an abundant oxbow lake in the Citarum river. And based on data from Balai Besar Wilayah Sungai Citarum, it is estimated that 1.5 million m3 of water can be accommodated by oxbow lake or equivalent to the construction of 1 dam. Lack of maintenance and concern of stakeholders resulted in the oxbow lake not being able to function as expected. The objective of this paper is to present the results of oxbow lake dredging activities as an effort to reduce the impact of floods in Upper Citarum and utilization of oxbow lake for various purposes, such as education, recreation, protection of state assets and conservation.
