Independent variables in this research include media exposure, type of industry, profitability, company size, environmental performance and leverage. The population of this research includes 16 companies registered with Sustainability Reporting Award of 2015. The research analysis outcome concludes that media exposure has a positive and significant effect on Carbon Emission Disclosure, while the type of industry, profitability, company size, environmental performance and leverage bring a negative impact on it.

But house prices continue to soar every year, making it rare for people to be able to buy a house in cash. Rising house prices can be caused by several factors, one factor is the market mechanism. The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of Attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control on the Intention of Bank A customers in making home purchase decisions. And to find out Attitude and Perceived Behavioral Control of Bank A customer Intention partially. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach, the population used is the customer and prospective customers at Bank A. The sample of this study was 100 respondents. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that attitude influences intention, while perceived behavioral control has no effect on attention.

Likewise, providing compensation for the performance of employees will provide reciprocal contributions to the survival of the organization or company. The purpose of this study was to determine how compensation and motivation influence employee performance at PT. X. As well as to determine compensation and motivation for the performance of employees of PT. X partially. The research method used is a quantitative research method with a survey approach, the population used is all employees at PT. X. The sample of this study is the same as the population, namely 98 respondents. The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the analysis show that compensation has an effect on employee performance and motivation has an effect on employee performance.

Moreover, the innovative structure of Islamic bonds also offer an opportunity to gain a competitive capital cost and benefit. This study aims to determine the effect of different types of Islamic bonds (sukuk) in companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The method used by the researchers is to test the diversity using chi-square statistic with data collection based on the financial statements of some companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The purpose of this study is to find out how much the influence of Ustadz as an endorser in influencing people’s interest in Umrah pilgrims of choosing a travel agent. The research method used quantitative descriptive, with SEM PLS analysis tools. The population number is not known, the determination of the number of samples is by the theory of Malhotra, which is five times the number of indicators. The results of this study is a significant influence from religious teachers as an endorser of buying interest of Umrah pilgrims in choosing travel by 92,21%.

But, a lot of shoes from national or international company offered to Bandung people. Consequently, shoe industry has high competition but there is a small company offers JIF’s Brand. This micro enterprise is owned by a house wife. She has a unique marketing program to win competition and until now, she has loyal customers. Unfortunately, competitors had able to influence JIF’s customers. The goal of this research is to know and analysis how is the marketing program, customer loyalty and it’s influence on customer loyalty. Research objects are individual costumer of JIF’S. This study uses descriptive-verificative method with descriptive and explanatory survey. Sample is 50 customers. Path analysis is used to analyze data. Marketing mix gives positive influence on customer loyalty. Simultaneously, product, price, place and promotion influence customer loyalty of JIF’s. It’s too small with 17.8%. Based on analytical to this data, most of factors influence customer loyalty is personal of JIF’s owner. In a micro business, owner becomes the most important factor influence customers to buy products. Partially, price becomes the only one factor that influence customer loyalty. Product, place and promotion do not give influence.

The competition between private universities in the Bandung City is certainly very tight and who is most capable of persuading and influencing consumers (prospective students) so he will win the competition and certainly get a large number of new students. One marketing activity that has a broad and fast impact to influence and or persuade consumers to buy is interactive marketing. Interactive marketing is, of course, a mandatory activity for every business organization, including private universities especially internet-based marketing. This research aims to identify and analyze internet-based interactive marketing activities of the best private Universities in Bandung City and its surroundings, which are located directly (Kabupaten Bandung, Kabupaten Bandung Barat, and Kota Cimahi). Private universities that are directly adjacent to the Bandung City are also analyzed because they are direct competitors from private universities in Bandung City. This research is a descriptive exploratory study or a type of qualitative research with the research method used is descriptive statistics. The unit analysis of this study is private universities located in the city of Bandung and around. The observation unit are various internet-based interactive marketing activities from these private universities. Using purposive judgment sampling with the criteria of the best private universities, the sample of this study is 6 private universities. Primary data and secondary data are both used in this study and the data is obtained by direct observation through internet browsing related to the object of research. The results of the study show that internet-based interactive marketing is quite intensively carried out by private universities in Bandung City and around. The website, search ads, display ads, e-mail, and social media have been implemented quite thoroughly and intensively by them. Interactive internet-based marketing seems to play a role in their webometricsranking and promotion activities.

Achmad Drajat AjiBased on the results of interviews with the HR Manager at PT. Remaja Rosdakarya, employee performance from 2017 to 2018 has decreased. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and motivation, to find out how much the role of work discipline and motivation played, and to find out how much influence the work discipline and motivation had on employee performance at PT. Remaja Rosdakarya. The research method used is descriptive and verificative method with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Remaja Rosdakarya with the same number of samples with the total population of 59 employees. The results showed that work discipline and motivation had a partial effect on employee performance at PT. Remaja Rosdakarya.
