Based on the results of preliminary studies, workers of PT. Indo Surya Kencana shows that 17 out of 20 workers (85%) experience job stress. This study aims to determine the factors associated with work stress on production unit workers at PT. Indo Surya Kencana in 2019. This study used a cross sectional design with a sample size of 73 respondents, the sampling technique used the Probability Sampling method with univariate and bivariate data analysis using the Chisquare test. The study was conducted in November 2019- January 2020. The highest proportion of univariate results was job stress (76.7%), workload (65.8%), work period ≥5 years (69.9%), shift work on evening and night (54.8%), workers who attended training (53.4%), workers of non-productive age (47.9%), unmarried workers (53.4%). There is a relationship between workload (PR = 2,396, 95% CI = 1,477-3,886), work period (PR = 1,582, 95% CI = 1,064-2,352), work shift (PR = 1,375, 95% CI = 1,036-1,825), training (PR = 1,529, 95% CI = 1,177-1,940), marriage status (PR = 1,347, 95% CI = 1,022-1,775) to work stress. It is hoped that the company will identify psychosocial hazards, conduct counseling and stretch once every 2 hours.
- ItemFACTORS THAT ARE RELATED TO SUBJECTIVE COMPLAINTS OF EYE FATTY IN HEALTH CLAIM EMPLOYEES IN PT ASURANSI RELIANCE(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Angeliana K, Devi; Melinda, Maria Kristina; Nitami, Mayumi; Hadi, Dudi AbdulEye fatigue arises as intensive stress on eye functions such as the muscles of the eye accommodation in jobs that need careful observation or on the retina as a result of inaccurate contrast. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors associated with eye fatigue. This research is a quantitative study with a Cross Sectional study design conducted in December 2019 - January 2020. The population and sample in this study were all employees of the Health Claim division of PT Asuransi Reliance with a total of 70 people. Research data were collected using primary data from measurements of light intensity and visual acuity as well as interviews with questionnaires. The results showed that 60 employees (85.7%) of the Health Claim Division suffered eyestrain. The most complaints are sore eyes (28.5%). Based on statistical test results it is known that the variables associated with eye fatigue are the age variable (Pvalue = 0.014), the working period variable (Pvalue = 0.014), the visual acuity variable (Pvalue = 0.011), the lighting intensity variable (Pvalue = 0.008). While gender variables are not related to subjective subjective eye fatigue (Pvalue = 0.477). To reduce the risk of eye fatigue, it is recommended that companies provide funds for eye health checks on officers, make eye rest every 1 hour of work, carry out the transfer of labor according to physical capabilities and re-arrange work room lighting.

Poor sanitation conditions will have a negative impact on many aspects of life starting from the decline in the quality of the environment, pollution of drinking water sources, increasing the number of diarrhea and the emergence of several diseases. The purpose of this research is knowing Description of the characteristics of unhealthy latrine ownership in the community RT 01/RW 05 Kedoya Selatan District year 2019. The study used a cross sectional design with a simple random sampling technique, with 51 samples from a population of 131 families. Data were analyzed by univariate and bivariate using the chi-square test. The results of this study were obtained with good knowledge 75,5%, good attitude 39,2%, higher education 35,3%, high economic status 23,5%, support from supporting community leaders 88,2%. Health workers need to collaborate with the Kedoya Kelurahan government to provide direction for the community through counseling containing budgeting from village funds to build healthy latrines, especially the construction of joint septic tanks for low-income communities.
