The purpose of this study is to examine and analyze: (1). Entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership role. (2). The fund management. (3). Financial Performance (4). Business growth. (5). The influence of the entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership roles either partially or simultaneously to the management of funds. (6). Fund management influence on financial performance, (7). The influence of the financial performance of the business growth. The method used is descriptive verification. The technique used is the cross-section, the research carried out for a period of time (October 2010 - March 2011) of the 156 respondents entrepreneur’s paddy rice mill in the center of the district of West Java Indramayu, Karawang and Subang district. The sampling technique used was cluster random sampling. Methods of data analysis used to test the hypothesis of the research is the analysis of the path (path Analysis). The results showed that: (1). Entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership role quite well, (2). The fund management is quite good, (3). Good financial performance, (4). Good business growth, (5). A significant difference between the entrepreneurial spirit, competence, leadership and partnership role for the management of funds (6). The effect of management of funds towards firm’s financial performance, (7). A significant difference between the financial performance of the business growth.
- ItemANALYSIS PREDICTION BANKRUPTCY BUSINESS BY USING THE METHOD ALTMAN Z-SCORE AND METHODS SPRINGATE (STUDY IN PT HOLCIM INDONESIA TBK.)(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Mulyadi, Dedi; Sihabudin; GusniBankruptcy is a condition where a company has financial difficulties that make business failures and harm many parties. Bankruptcy itself becomes a threat to companies that do not realize early on the existence of business bankruptcy. Therefore, it is necessary to predict bankruptcy early on. There are several ways to predict bankruptcy by analyzing financial ratios with Altman Z-Score and Springate Methods. This study aims to determine the company's financial performance by using the ratio of financial analysis and prediction analysis of bankruptcy method Altman Z-Score and Springate Method. This study uses secondary data obtained from the financial statements of PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk period 2010 to 2014. To know the financial performance of the company there are 5 ratios used consisting of liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability and market ratios. Then to predict bankruptcy by the Altman Z-score method and the Springate method. Altman Z-Score method consists of Working Capital to Total Assets, Retained Earning to Total Assets, Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets, Market Value of Equity to Book Value of Debt, Sales to Total Aseets. Springate method consist of 4 ratio namely Working Capital to Total Assets, Earning Before Interest and Tax to Total Assets, Earning Before Tax to Current Liabilities, Sales to Total Aseets. The results showed the company's financial performance with ratio analysis from the period 2010 to 2014 showed the company in good condition because there is no negative result even though every year the results fluctuate. The results of bankruptcy analysis by the method of Altman Z-Score in the period 2010 to 2013 are categorized not bankrupt and in 2014 categorized the company is in the area of gray or hesitant. The results of bankruptcy analysis by Springate method in the period 2010 to 2012 companies are categorized not bankrupt and in the period 2013 to 2014 companies are categorized bankrupt.

Good marketing is done throngh product, price, place, and promotion. Lack of knowledge of consumer taste are changing or dynamic, and ineffective marketing strategies implemented will affect less well on achievement target market. Purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, price, place,and promotion in the PT. Astra International Karawang. Type of associative research study used the method to search for a correlation causal relationship (causal relationship). Consumers with a population 531 samples of 84 respondents. Methods of analysis used multiple linear analysis. Results of research conducted simultaneous product, price, place, promotion significantly influence purchasing decisions on the PT. Astra Karawang. Partially or significantly influence produc, price, place, and promotion purchasing decisions. Powerful variable is the product, price , and place, and for the weak variable is a variable promotion.
- ItemTHE EFFECTS OF FINANCIAL LEVERAGE AND OPERATING LEVERAGE TOWARDS PROFITABILY(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Sandi, Santi Pertiwi Hari; Mulyadi, Dedi; Saudi, Mohd Haizam MohdThis study aims to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity of phenomena and conclusions about the influence of the two variables mentioned above towards profitability of Property and Real Estate Companies Listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for The Period of 2013-2017. The research was conducted using descriptive methods. This type of research is quantitative research. The study population comes from all Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange for The Period of 2013-2017, the sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method and based on the criteria selected 41 research samples on property and real estate companies for the period 2013-2017. Testing on the research hypothesis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of the study indicates that financial leverage has a partial effect on earning per share; operating leverage does not partially effect on earning per share; financial leverage and operating leverage together or simultaneously have a significant effect on profitability (earning per share) of a Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange for The Period 2013-2017.
