    MODEL EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN SAP ERP HCM PADA PROGRAM STUDI S1 MANAJEMEN UNIVERSITAS WIDYATAMA

    Pelaksanaan program sertifikasi SAP di lingkungan Universitas Widyatama Bandung memberikan warna baru dalam proses perkuliahan yang ada selama ini. Program sertifikasi SAP di Universitas Widyatama ini dimulai pada tahun 2008 yang lalu. Hal yang melatarbelakangi penerapan program sertifikasi SAP di Universitas Widyatama adalah semakin tingginya kebutuhan industri akan lulusan yang tidak hanya berbekalkan ijazah dan transkrip nilai, melainkan dituntut memiliki keahlian yang sesuai dengan standar internasional. Program sertifikasi SAP yang terintegrasi dengan kurikulum berjalan diantaranya ada SAP Human Capital Management (SAP ERP HCM). Paper ini fokus pada proses eksplorasi hal-hal yang mendukung keberhasilan program sertifikasi SAP ERP HCM ini. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 150 responden dari total 247 mahasiswa peserta SAP ERP HCM pada semester ganjil tahun akademik 2011/2012. Penelitian ini mengembangkan dari 3 (tiga) model dasar yaitu theory of reasoned action (TRA), theory of planned behavior (TPB) dan technology acceptance model (TAM). Proses pengembangan model dan pengolahan datanya menggunakan structure equational modeling (SEM) dengan bantuan software AMOS 5.0.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel perceived usefulness merupakan variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi tingkat penerimaan SAP ERP HCM dimata peserta didik yaitu mahasiswa dan keinginan mahasiswa untuk mempelajarinya lebih lanjut. Hal ini sangat berguna bagi ERP center maupun Program Studi dalam proses perbaikan pelaksanaan program sertifikasi SAP khususnya untuk SAP ERP HCM

    PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN TERHADAP MOTIVASI KERJA (Studi Kasus pada Dosen Fakultas Bisnis & Manejemen Universitas Widyatama Bandung)

    Employees are most important part of a corporate, since it is employee stirring progression and deterioration of a corporate. Spirit and enthusiasm of an employee on the job can lead to progression and deterioration of a corporate. To increase both spirit and enthusiasm, therefore, the corporate need to motivate their employees to perform best their tasks. One effort to increase motivation of employees is implementing well, appropriate leadership manner. The aim of this research is to understand how much the effect of the leadership manner on the working motivation of instructors of School of Business & Management at University of Widyatama, Bandung. Method used in this research is descriptive, while analysis of data uses simple linear regression analytical method. The results of the research suggest there is significant positive effect of leadership manner on the working motivation of instructors of School of Business & Management at University of Widyatama, Bandung. The suggestion of this research from viewpoint of respondent reaction to leadership manner is a leader should be more active and participative to make communication with his or her employees, thereby making well communication between leader and his or her employees smooth, and to increase motivation of employees. To get employees like their tasks, it is advisable for instance to provide education and training. Any discrepancy of their tasks and educational background and capabilities make employees have not high motivation.
