    PENGARUH LABA BERSIH DAN ARUS KAS BEBAS TERHADAP DIVIDEN TUNAI PADA PERUSAHAAN MANUFAKTUR CONSUMER GOODS YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA PERIODE 2009-2011

    The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of net income and free cash flow to cash dividend. The population of this research was listed companies in the consumer goods manufacturing at the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period 2009-2011. The sampel was determine based on purposive sampling or sampling techniques with specific criteria. The method used in this research is explanatory method . The type of data used are secondary data and data collection techniques are the collection of secondary data and research literature . The variables of this research consists of net income (X1) and free cash flow (X2) as the independent variable and then cash dividend (Y) as the dependent variable. Hypothesis testing is using classical assumptions, regression analysis, linear, correlation, multiple determination, t-test and F-test. The results of partial testing showed that net income have a significant influence to cash dividend and free cash flow did not have a significant influence to cash dividen. The result of simultan testing showed that net income and free cash flow have significant influence to cash dividend.
