    PENGARUH PENDAPATAN ASLI DAERAH DAN DANA PERIMBANGAN TERHADAP BELANJA MODAL (Studi Kasus pada Pemerintah Kota Bandung) ABSTRACK Regional Autonomy policy has brought about major changes in the patterns of local governance. Regional government are required to maximize the potential in administering government, because regional autonomy make regional governments have a more dominant role than before. In addition, local governments are required to have an actual development program, such as prioritize allocation of capital expenditure. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of local original income which are source of income native of local government and balancing fund that is transfer from the central government against capital spending in bandung. Data of this research are secondary data that was taken from Directorate General of Fiscal Balance, Ministry of Finance Republic of Indonesia during nine period, between 2003 – 2011 In the form of a report the realization of budget income and regional spending and analyzed by multiple linear regression. F test showed that local revenue and balancing fund simultaneously influence allocating capital spending significantly. Then, t test showed us that local own source revenue and balancing fund significantly influence on capital spending. This result are still need the further confirmation for trhe next research, because the lack of this research.
