- ItemAN ANALYSIS OF ENGLISH VERBS TRIGGERING PRESUPPOSITION IN ROBERT GALBRAITH’S NOVEL THE CUCKOO’S CALLING(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Suhardiman, Sani; Sihombing, Boyman; Juraida, AnitaThis study entitled An Analysis of English verbs triggering presupposition in Robert Galbraith Novel’s The Cuckoos Calling is aimed at finding out the types of verbs triggering presupposition, verbs triggering presupposition, and frequency of occurrences of types of verbs triggering presupposition. This study belongs to descriptive qualitative method. The research object of this study is utterances containing verbs triggering presupposition. The data were collected from the novel The Cuckoo’s Calling. The researcher used noting technique, separating technique, and transferring technique in collecting the data. In analyzing data, the researcher used padan ekstralingual. The findings show that (1) there are five types of verbs which trigger the presupposition in the novel The Cuckoos Calling namely factive verb, implicative verb, aspectual/change of state verb, verb of judging, and iterative verb; (2) Each types of verbs in the point have different verbs; (3) the percentage of the types of verbs triggering presupposition are, the aspectual/change of state verb has 33.96%, implicative verbs 26.41%, factive verbs 32.07%, verbs of judging 1.78 %, and iterative verbs 5.66%.
- ItemANALYSIS OF OCCUPATIONAL SITTING AND LOW BACK PAIN COMPLAINTS (CASE STUDY ON TAILORS IN THE HOME INDUSTRY CONVECTION IN BANDUNG CITY)(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 2, 2020) Maharani Suyono, Annisa; Juraida, AnitaComplaints about lower back pain are common that often happens to a worker, especially workers who work in a sitting position. Some of the factors that cause lower back pain are standing or bending for a long time, sitting in an inappropriate chair or not being ergonomic, driving for a long time, poor posture, lack of exercise, obesity, pregnancy, lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling too much weight. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), 2-5% of employees in industrialized countries experience lower back pain every year, and 15% of these employees are cargo lifters, coolies, tailors, computer operators, and jobs related to back problems. An example of work that can cause musculoskeletal disorders is sewing. In Indonesia, sewing is a job that has been occupied by both individuals and convection businesses. This research was conducted to the home industry convection tailors in Bandung. This study was an analytic observational study with a cross sectional approach with data collection techniques, namely questionnaires and direct observation. The results of this study are the existence of a strong relationship between the tailor's sitting position variable with the perceived low back pain complaint variable with a correlation coefficient of 0.715 and a significance level <0.01. Then there is a strong relationship between the duration of work (per day) with complaints of low back pain with a correlation coefficient of 0.518 with a significance level <0.01.

There have problem is lack of raw materials, because the lack of coordination between stakeholders in the production process not going well which results in frequent cancellations of orders made by prospective buyers. The purpose of this study is to build a web-based supply chain system to facilitate planning of raw material requirements and determining the amount of production. This is done to avoid product vacancies when there are bookings by prospective buyers. Methodology research by developing a software model with an Iterative and Incremental Development and Supply Chain Management approach. The results of the study are application of a supply chain system that can coordinate each production sector so that production in Sentra Sukaregang runs well.

Based on Supply Chain Management (SCM) approach, the weak of the distribution system is one of the causes of price disparity. The availability of raw materials, intermediate materials, and end products of a company is often an important issue in a company. Sukaregang Industrial Center is the main leather center in West Java Province. The development of leather industry in Sentra Sukaregang in the last few years (2010 - 2015) experiencing shortage of supply of cow/sheep leather. The pwpose of this research is to make the design of information system of raw malerial availability with Supply Chain Management (SCM) approach in Sentra Sukaregang Regency of Garut. Through Supply Chain Management approach, it is hoped that the distribution of skin can be more transparent and can be seen slock availability in various areas. In conducting system design, system analysis is first conducted by interviewing stakeholders related to skin distribution. The proposed problem solving will be applied in the form of inventory information system in the form of analysis and design of object inventory information system of object oriented.
- ItemWORKLOAD ANALYSIS USING DRAWS METHOD FOR COMPOUNDER EMPLOYEE IN FRAGRANCE AND FLAVOR COMPANIES(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Latifah, Citra Nur; Shani, Febi Fitria; Zulfikri, Ricky; Aditya, Tiany Marta; Juraida, AnitaPT. XYZ is a multinational company engaged in the perfume and flavor fragrances. The problem that often occurs in this company is the work overload that occurs every day at the compounder workstation. This happens because the sample is large but the number of employees from the compounder is less and the work that requires high concentration so it requires additional time to do it. This has an impact on the inhibition of the trial process to fulfill orders both from sales, PPIC, and from affiliates of PT. XYZ. This study aims to analyze the workload of the Compounder in the R&D division of PT. XYZ. Measurement of workload is a technique to obtain information about the efficiency and effectiveness of work for a company. The method used in this research is the Defense Research Agency Workload Scale (DRAWS) method. The result of this research is the workload in the Cibitung plant has an average score of 57.38% which is included in the optimal category, while the result of the calculation of the average workload score at the Cikarang plant is 65.11% which is included in the overload category. Then the workload variable that dominates the physical and mental workload is Time Pressure, where this variable has a value of 30% at the Cibitung plant and 34.44% at the Cikarang plant. The recommendation of this study is to set a standard working time, and to increase the number of people at the compounder work station at the overloaded plant, so that the average workload score at the Cikarang and Cibitung plants is 62.36% and 59.79%.
