- ItemANALYSIS OF CONTROL OF COSTS AND TIME WITH EARNED VALUE METHOD ON ROAD MAINTENANCE PROJECTS IN PALMERAH DISTRICT, WEST JAKARTA(Horizon Research Publishing, 2019) Radhitya Akbar, Sandy; Setiawan, Asep; Istambul, M. Rozahi; Siddiq, Raden Herdian Bayu AshControl in a construction project generally involves three main aspects, namely: cost, time and human resources. This study uses Network Planning analysis as a control function with the Critical Path Method (CPM) method in calculating the difference in cost and time needed to complete the work with a planned budget and schedule. This study also tried to implement an integrated control function, namely the Earned Value Method for a construction project. Based on the analysis and calculation in the 8th week (eight) of the total duration of the project, the analysis produces CPI value = 1.06 which shows that the performance of contractor's expenditure costs is more efficient than the planned budget. The description of the final condition of the project also shows that there is a residual budget value of Rp 321,642,608.01 or 5.55% of the total value of the overall project cost budget or Budgeted At Completion (BAC) which is an advantage for the contractor. The analysis also produces SPI value = 0.94 which means that the time performance index is of good value but the execution of the work is a little slower than the overall planned schedule.
- ItemE-HOSPITAL: LOCATION INFORMATION AND DOCTORS SCHEDULE TO HOSPITALS IN BANDUNG(Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical & Control Systems, Vol. 11, 03-Special Issue, 2019) Supriadi, Hari; Istambul, M. Rozahi; Samihardjo, RosalinBandung City Government has complete and adequate health care facilities. This study aims to provide convenience for the community in obtaining service information about the location and schedule of doctors in hospitals in the city of Bandung by utilizing e-hospital applications. The research method used is the prototyping method as a system development model with the following processes: Listening to customers, Designing, Evaluating prototypes. The results of this study indicate that the e-hospital application can provide convenience for the community in accessing location information and doctor's schedule in hospitals in Bandung in the form of maps. Utilization of the e-hospital hospital application based on system monitoring has been used by the community to obtain information on the existence of hospitals and doctor's schedules until outside the city of Bandung. However, based on the results of the e-hospital survey, it has not been optimal, this has been shown that not all people utilize this application. The e-hospital application socialization is a strategy that can be taken in optimizing the utilization of the application.
- ItemSMART CAGE FOR LOVEBIRD BASE ON INTERNET OF THINGS(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Wibowo, Ari Purno Wahyu; Istambul, M. RozahiVarious types of lovebirds and maintenance media are an option for some people. In maintaining lovebird birds, providing regular feed and drinking has become a necessity that must be done so that the lovebirds do not lack nutrition which can result in death of pet lovebirds, and to maintain the health of lovebirds, clean cages are needed, namely by frequently removing their droppings. The obstacles that commonly occur in lovebird maintenance are irregularities in the timing of feeding and drinking lovebird birds. As a result, is not uncommon for lovebirds to become less feed and drink, even resulting in the death of the pet. This problem can be solved with a smart cage using an object detection system. So, this system can feed and drink automatically, by detecting the object (feed and water), to detect feed using an infrared sensor and to detect water using a water level sensor. And this system can also perform cage cleaning according to the time we set using the Real Time Clock. This system can make it easier for bird keepers who are busy with their activities so that their pets can be fully cared for.
- ItemZFONE SECURITY ANALYSIS OF VIDEO CALL SERVICE USING GENERAL NEWORK DESIGN PROCESS METHOD(GNDP)(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Priyatna, Bayu; Hananto, April Lia; Istambul, M. RozahiVoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) is one of the services implemented in wireless local area networks. However, VoIP that uses wireless technology as a media data stream Video Call service has a high risk of being tapped by sniffing attacks [2]. To avoid this from happening, you can add a security system to the service, one of which is to use Zfone security. Adding a security system will affect the work of the Video Call service on the quality of service. The author uses the General Network Design Process (GNDP) study method. After testing security by cropping images, Zfone affects the security of video calls on WLAN by turning conversations between client images black. Although Zfone managed to secure from eavesdropping on video calls, Zfone also had an impact on the deterioration of the quality of the Video Call service.
