- ItemACADEMIC PROCRASTINATION ANALYSIS OF STUDENT INVOLVEMENT IN ORGANIZATIONS STUDENT AFFAIRS (Cases: Organizations Student Affairs Widyatama University)(Universitas Widyatama, 2014-02-14) Hutomo, ArryA person who has a tendency to delay, or not immediately start a work, facing work or task referred to as the person doing procrastination. No matter whether these delays have a reason or not. Any delays in dealing with an assignment called procrastination. Characteristics of academic procrastination that makes it different from other procrastination is particularly the case in the context of academic assignments. Paper research focus on academic procrastination differences between students active participated and did not active participate in a student organization affair at Widyatama University. The subjects studied were 447 students from 5 (five) faculties spread enrolled in of Widyatama's Student Affairs Bureau. Sample selected 329 students amount is enough to meet the 95% level of confident (Krejcie-Morgan determining sample sizes) gained through research questionnaires had a reliability test and then analyze by using of mean score statistic and standard deviation. Data collection-using questionnaires in which the scale of measurement and the instrument based on Likert scaling models. Results of data analysis performed by the Kolmogorov-Smirnov Z Normality Test, Homogeneity Levene’s Test and Regression Logistics Analysis. Research findings that no significant differences in academic procrastination for all categories in research. Allegedly, that the existence of student affair organization had not significant impact on reduction at the level of academic procrastination in Widyatama University
- ItemANALISIS PROBLEMATIKA STRES KERJA KARYAWAN MENURUT DIMENSI TERKAIT DALAM MENDUKUNG STRATEGI BISNIS PERUSAHAAN(Universitas Widyatama, 2012-03-27) Hutomo, ArryPT. Indovickers Furnitama is one of the industry in Indonesia try to keep the commitment. With this condition, the government of Indonesia held ASEAN-China Trade Agreement (ACFTA) in order to continue to encourage industry in Indonesia face of increasing global competition business competition. Tight regulatory agency to be launched by the government in the second quarter of 2012 requires each manufacturer to maintain the quality of goods and the demands in the security system packing of goods, the handling of the goods until the goods are in the hands of customers. There is reference to 5 (five) different sources of work-stress that has been discussed, are role ambiguity; conflict assignment; workload; resources inadequacy; and the employees perceived the hazard. The research objectives is to analyze the source of job stress both assembling / packing and warehouse-logistics to be used as the basis of improved performance in supporting the company's business strategy. This study were analyzed using descriptive statistical methods of data analysis the average (mean statistic), tests and Independent Sample T Test. Questionnaire as a measuring instrument has been in testing its reliability with Cronbach's alpha value of 0.891 to consist of 14 (fourteen) questions. The results of this study because of work-stress dimensions of workload influence on warehouse-logistics(4.2083) is the largest followed by the dimensions of the hazard(4.1750) in the same section. Then for the assembly/packing because of the dimensions of the largest role ambiguity(4.1500) and followed by the dimensions of hazard in the same section (4.1083). Research implications could lead other research with the specific inputs necessary Hazard Identification Risk Assessment (HIRA) and Workload Management in order to refine the study.
- ItemANTICIPATED LEVERS FOR SUPPLY CHAIN PERFORMANCE AND ITS SUPPLY CHAIN ACTORS AND MAJOR VALUE CREATION FACTORS: INDONESIA AUTOMOTIVE SPARE PARTS INDUSTRY(International Conference on Business and Management (ICBM 2016), National Taipei University, 2016-03-23) Hutomo, Arry; Augustrianto, AgungA recent data in GAIKINDO 2015 annual report noted Indonesia automotive manufacturers has ranked 15th world now. Although in last 2015 the automotive industry sector is quite affected by the global economic depression, but it’s expected to trigger the growth of supporting other automobile sector so that the Indonesian economy will be thrived ever since the first quarter of 2016. Many of supply chain focus research on creation of value in automotive sector is characterized by customer expectations relevance with major value creation factors while Indonesia automotive spare parts research in maintaining and levering supply chain performance for each individual actor in the chain still rare. This study investigates major value creation factors within supply chain actors affect levers for supply chain performance on automotive spare-parts industries in Indonesia. Structural equation modelling has been chosen with Warp PLS 3.0 and all samples have met the criteria composite reliability and cronbach’s alpha. The study finds both of major value creation factors and supply chain actors as predictor latent variables have positive impact, but supply chain actors had large effect sizes and important role in improving practical supply chain performance and this offer corporate attention to manage spare parts supply chain policy.
- ItemREADINESS LEVERAGING KNOWLEDGE THROUGH E-MEDIA TECHNOLOGY AND LIFELONG LEARNING METHODS AMONG STUDENT IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT WIDYATAMA(International Conference on Lifelong Learning 2011, Open University Malaysia, 2011-11-14) Hutomo, ArryOrganization in the future will need student who are ready, willing and able to learn and change. Researcher as a lecture recognize that knowledge rapidly become out of date combine forces of globalization and technological change. The ability to learn and utilize technology is an essential skill we all need if we are to cope with and survive the demands of the modern workplace. Students have to qualified in work based knowledge especially emedia technology and the knowledge of the lifelong learning method. Research finding shows that respondents are ready with e- media technology and lifelong learning methods. Research implications could lead other research with the specific inputs necessary for learning process, policy and plan possible future studies activities of student to provide an optimal learning environtment for a group of people with diverse abilities and characteristics.
- ItemROLE OF MARKET: HOW KNOWLEDGE ACQUISITION IMPACT ON INVESTMENT RECOVERY AND REVERSE LOGISTICS TOWARDS SUSTAINABILITY PERFORMANCE(Journal of Advanced Research in Dynamical & Control Systems, Vol. 11, 03-Special Issue, 2019) Puspani, Nissa Syifa; Hutomo, Arry; Sinaga, ObsatarThis paper analyses the viability of supply chain practices created for fisheries industries to moderate role of market and to implement knowledge acquisition adoption as mediating on part of Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) practices focus on (investment recovery and reverse logistics practices) across a supply chain towards sustainability performance. It examines investment recovery and reverse logistics adopted in the supply chain as a result of pressures from primary stakeholders. We derive a conceptual framework with underpinning theory. The resulting hypotheses are tested using fishery industries in Indonesia and Malaysia data of 473 samples utilizing primary and secondary data. Finding reveal, a phenomenon with role of market and knowledge acquisition adoption have significant effect to enhancing sustainability performance. Moreover, our results yield insights to green practices in optimizing their supply chain performance.
