Conditions like this will certainly have an impact on business, this is because during the Covid-19 pandemic it was able to change the behavior of business activities. For example, there are social restrictions in various business activities that must be carried out over long distances. So that business people cannot run the business optimally. For this reason, this study aims to determine how respondents respond about price, product quality and experiential marketing to consumer purchasing decisions for Samsung brand cellular products. The research method used is descriptive and verification methods with data collected, namely secondary data and primary data. While data collection techniques, by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. The data analysis tool used is multiple regression, this is done to determine how much the ability to contribute or influence price, product quality, experiential marketing on consumer buying decisions. The results showed that price was able to influence purchasing decisions even though the effect was not significant, while the variables Product quality is not able to affect product quality and experiential marketing variables are able to influence consumer buying decisions for Samsung brand cellular products, this is because Samsung brand cellular consumers will pay attention to price factors, where prices increase they will move to competing products, and brand cellular consumers Samsung is not affected by the quality of Samsung brand products offered by the company. Consumers are more likely to consider the experiences of other consumers who have purchased the product. For this reason, this company is advised to always update the experiences or testimonials of consumers who have purchased products.

The aim of this research is to know and to analyze the effect of human capital, social capital, directly and through productivity on competitiveness. This research used a quantitative approach as a survey method. The unit of analysis of this study is the SMEs (small and medium enterprises) Center of the doll Industry Subsector Creative Industry in West Java Province, with entrepreneurs as the observation unit, with a population of 191 entrepreneurs and a sample of 128 entrepreneurs. Data obtained from the survey results through a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs. Data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis. Likewise, human capital, social capital, and productivity have significant and positive effects on competitiveness. These findings suggest that productivity can be an intervening variable for competitiveness. The effect of this research is expected to increase the competitiveness of the doll industry in Indonesia's West Java Province.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF HUMAN CAPITAL SOCIAL CAPITAL AND WORK ENVIRONMENT TO PRODUCTIVITY(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol.24, Issue 01, 2020) Hendayana, Yana; Roespinoedji, Djoko; Prawirosumarto, SuharnoThis study analyzes the competitiveness of Micro-Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) of doll industrial sector in West Java Province which is influenced by human capital, social capital, work environment, and productivity. The aim of this research is to know and analyze the influence of human capital, social capital, work environment directly to productivity. This research was using a survey method with a quantitative approach. The unit of analysis of this study is the doll industrial sector in West Java Province , with entrepreneurs as a unit of observation, namely a population of 191 entrepreneurs and a sample of 128 entrepreneurs. Data were obtained from survey results through questionnaires distributed to the entrepreneurs. Data were processed using statistical analysis and SEM-PLS analysis. The results showed that in the human capital, work environment, and productivity were tend to be high and social capital were tend to be low. Based on hypothesis testing, it is found that the human capital, social capital, and work environment have a positive effect on productivity; and that human capital, social capital, work environment, and productivity have a positive and significant effect on competitiveness, directly and indirectly.
- ItemTHE EFFECT OF LIQUIDITY, LEVERAGE, AND INFLATION ON PROFITABILITY (Case Study in Construction and Building Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange)(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 4, 2020) Hendayana, Yana; Salsabila, Nada Dhiya; Sabila, Sarah Rizki; Hisanah F, Jihan Arij; Lestari, Anggi DwiThis study aims to determine the effect of leverage liquidity and inflation on profitability. This research was conducted on 9 companies in the construction and building sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2018 period. The research method of verification with a population quantitative approach in this study is construction and building companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The number of samples is 9 companies and a population of 18 companies. The method used is a purposive sampling method, data processing using the program Eviews'9. Statistical data analysis was used by using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, and hypothesis testing. Based on the results of this study it can be concluded that partially the Current Ration variables have a significant effect on ROE. Meanwhile, the Debt Equity Ratio variable has no significant effect on ROE and the Consumer Price Index has a significant effect on ROE. The results of this research are expected to have an impact on the company, especially the construction sector in increasing profitability. The company should see liquidity and inflation which affect company profits. Profitability fluctuations that occur in this study are mostly caused by decreased profits experienced by the company.

The unit of analysis in this research is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, Creative Industry centers in the Doll Industry Sub-sector in West Java Province, with entrepreneurs as the observation unit, which is a population of 191 entrepreneurs and a sample of 128 entrepreneurs. The data obtained is the result of a survey through a questionnaire distributed to entrepreneurs. The data were processed using descriptive statistical analysis. Productivity has a significant and positive effect on competitiveness. The impact of this research is expected to increase the competitiveness of the doll industry in West Java, Indonesia.

Career center is a university supporting mengenai struktur organisasi carrier center universitas widyatama. Carrier center is a university supporting institution that carries out soft skill learning activities, job fair, gathering, and Tracer Study. Tracer study is conducted as an evaluation for institutions especially in the effort to increase teaching and learning activities at widyatama university. This research aims to conduct a search for university graduates and evaluate the results of tracer study graduates in 2017. The number of respondents who filled the questionnaire was 384 people from 1302 total graduates in 2017. From the analysis of data processing descriptive statistics are known as much as, 60,94% of current graduates work. 63%. Respondents worked in the private sector and the rest were scattered in the government sector, non profit organization, areas including state-owned enterprises as much as 23%, and entrepreneurs of 14%. Overall horizontal alignment of 79,5% means that the competence gained during the education in Widyatama according to the needs in the field of work, and from the results of the study obtained data that graduates who do work with the level of education is 78 %.it means good
- ItemINVESTIGATION OF FACTORS AFFECTING E-PURCHASE DECISION(International Journal of Psychosocial Rehabilitation, Vol. 24, Issue 1, 2020) Faddila, Syifa Pramudita; Nurlenawati, Netti; Hendayana, YanaInformation technology that is rapidly developing provides convenience and opportunities for the producers to market their products and for the customers to purchase them online. These conveniences make the online business grows bigger. This research’s aim it to analyze the effects of promotion, price, brand image, and customer trust on fashion product purchase decision online for students of Management Study Program, Universitas Buana Perjuangan Karawang. This research uses analytical descriptive methods. The result of this research shows that partially, the price (P-value=0.007) and customer trust (P-value=0.0005) variables influence the fashion product purchased decision online. Moreover, simultaneously, promotion, price, brand image, and customer trust influence the fashion product purchase decision online (P-value=0.0005). The online business producers are recommended to pay attention to determine the price of products, because, for students, price is the most attractive factor to purchase the fashion products online. The customer trust can be maintained by improving the integrity of producers, e.g. giving the products matching the description that is posted online.

This will have an impact on the increasingly dramatic development of business activities. Every company tries to improve or change its marketing strategy in order to attract and retain customers. Among the marketing strategies used by the company are digital markting, brand image, and product quality, this is expected to be able to improve the decision to use halo cards in carrying out their daily activities. This study aims to find out how consumer responses about digital marketing, how consumers respond to brand image and how responses about the quality of halo card products and whether digital marketing factors, brad image and product quality influence the decision to use a halo card. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification methods. Data compilation techniques by distributing questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique used was accidental sampling. The tool used is Multiple Regression. The results showed that digital marketing, brand image, and product quality influence the decision to use halo cards positively and significantly. This is because digital marketing used by Telkomsel companies can be accepted by consumers and meet consumer expectations, as well as brand image and quality of halo card products are trusted because they have a strong signal.
- ItemTHE MEASUREMENT OF STOCK PERFORMANCE ON STOCK SPLITAND REVERSE STOCK(Solid State Technology Volume: 63 Issue: 3, 2020) Riantani, Suskim; Hendayana, YanaThe purpose of this research to analyze performance of stock measured through abnormal returns before and after the event of stock split and reverse stock. This research applied event study with descriptive and comparative method. The observed consisted of 30 issuers that conducted stock splits and reverse stock during the research period 2018-2019. The data of investigation applied statistical analysis using the mean difference test (paired sample t test). The research results showed that the mean abnormal returns of stocks increased after the stock split and reverse stock event. This showed that the market reacts to the stock split and reverse stock event. The results of paired t test showed that systematic risk has not significant in the differences between before and after the event of stock split and reverse stock. Abnormal returns showed has significant differences between before and after the stock split and reverse stock event.
