- ItemBANKING ; ACCORDING TO ISLAMIC SYARIA CONCEPTS AND ITS PERFORMANCE IN INDONESIA(2010-11-22) Hasbi, Hariandy; Haruman, TendiThis study investigates empirically Islamic Syaria Banking concepts and to determine the performance of its based on Bank Indonesia Act No.9/1/PBI/2007 on assesment system for performance level to Commercial Banks based on Islamic Principles which consists of the aspects: capital, assets, management, earning, and likuidity which called CAMEL. The all of aspects use financial ratios as follow CAR, ROA, NPF, OEOI, FDR and Depositor Funds as a comparison as a reflect level of public trust on Islamic banking. Samples were taken from Bank Indonesia as a central bank period of 2007-2009 with 31 sample of Islamic Bank (BUS, UUS, BPRS) which was chosen based on a purposive sampling method. Using descriptive method and multiple regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that the Islamic banking have a good performance reflected CAMEL on Depositor Funds.
- ItemFINANCIAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS FOR ISLAMIC RURAL BANK TO THIRD PARTY FUNDS AND THE COMPARATION WITH CONVENTIONAL RURAL BANK IN INDONESIA(IEEE PRESS, 26/11/2010) Sumachdar, Endang; Hasbi, HariandyThis study investigates empirically: (1) the effect of financial performance for Islamic Rural Bank to third party funds, and (2) compare the best financial performance through CAMEL between Islamic and Conventional Rural Bank. The population was all Rural Bank (Islamic and Conventional) which registered at Bank Indonesia as a Central Bank in Indonesia, Data analysis uses descriptive methods, multiple regression analysis and t-tests as a tool for testing hypotheses. The results showed that: (1) Variable ROA, NPF, OEOI partially significant effect on increasing of third party funds, except CAR and FDR. Simultaneously CAR, ROA, NPF, OEOI, and FDR significantly influence to increase third party funds, and (2) The financial performance of Islamic Rural Bank better than Conventional
- ItemTHE INFLUENCE OF BANKING ON FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE TO STOCK PRICE IN INDONESIA(The 3rd International Conference on Quantitative Method Used In Economics And Business, Faculty of Economics, Universitas Malahayati, Bandar Lampung Indonesia, 2010-06-16) Hasbi, HariandyThe objective of this research is to identify the influence of bank on financial performance which listed at Indonesia Stock Exchange to stock prices in 2009. The measure of performance is based on financial ratios CAMEL, which consist of CAR as represent of Capital, RORA as represent of asset quality, NPM as represent of Management, ROA and OEOl as represent of earnings and also LDR as represent of liquidity. Samples are taken from the banking companies which are listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2007-2009, which was chosen based on purposive sampling method. The classical test result with test of One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov shows normally datas, there is no multicoloniarity, heteroskedastisity is not happen, and there is no autocorelation, The present study found that CAR, RORA, NPM, and OEO! are significant effects on stock price, however ROA and LDR are insignificant. - ItemKINERJA REKSADANA SYARIAH TAHUN 2009 DI INDONESIA(Jurnal Keuangan dan Perbankan , Universitas Merdeka Malang, Volume 14, Nomor 1, 2010-01) Hasbi, HariandySyaria mutual fund was one of the investments in capital market produds that used lslamic principle. Currently, people started switching to this investment product that was felt to give a better alternative than banking products. The purpose of this research was to find out the comparison between each performance of sharia mutual funds (fixed, stock, mixed and protection) and Jakarta Islamic Index(Jl1) as a benchmark of syaria portfolio in Indonesia period 2009 using Risk Adjusted Returns Measurement (Sharpe, Treyno4 andlensen), and its prospective in 2010. The method of this research used purposive sampling and SPSS ver. 13.0 as a tools of comparative statistical tests. Overall, these empirical results were concluded that the performance of syaria mutual funds was viewed from the aspect of return and risk variables showed a good performance compared to its market index (111) in 2009.

The lending representing loans by banks and financial management company representing loans collectibility. Samples were taken from Indonesian Banking Statistic as a secondary data especially for SMEs Industries with monthly period 2008 to 2009 which was chosen based on purposive sampling method. Using descriptive method and multiple regression analysis, the results of this study indicate that the loans collectibility influence significantly as an impact of inability to manage small medium enterprises (SMEs).

Loan collectability is represented by lending from banks and financial management companies. Samples were taken from the Indonesian Banking Statistics on SMEs from the period 2008 to 2009. This secondary data was collected using the purposive sampling method. Descriptive methods and multiple regression analysis were utilized. The results of this study indicate that loans collectibility has a significant impact on the inability to manage small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
- ItemTHE PERFORMANCE OF ISLAMIC AND CONVENTIONAL INVESTMENT : STUDY IN EQUITY MUTUAL FUNDS IN INDONESIA(Faculty of Economics and Management Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia, 2010-11-25) Hasbi, HariandyThis study investigates empirically to determine the best performance of risk and return on Islamic and Conventional fixed income mutual funds and also measuring their performance (Sharpe, Treynor and Jensen Measurement) in a sample of 116 listed in The Capital Market and Financial Institutions Supervisory Board (Bapepam-LK) Indonesia for the period of 2008 to 2009. Using compare mean with one-sample test, the results of this study indicate that the return of Islamic fixed income mutual fund was higher than conventional and the risk was lower. Overall, these can be concluded that the performance of Islamic fixed income mutual fund is better than conventional.

Otherwise, this growth must be followed "Prudential Principle of Syariah Banking." With more increasing business and risk operation complexity, bank needs identify the problems are might be happened, where can influence their rate of banking health. According to Peraturan Bank lndonesia No. 6/PB1/2004, 12 April 2004 about Rate of Banking Health Measurement System, the component's are CAMELS (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earnings, Liquidity, and Sensitivity to Market Risk). From the end of result measurement, management can describe, analyze, and make a strategic decision for the future, and for Bank of lndonesia as a central bank, this can be usefull for the implementation of the strategic of banking supervise.
