In this research, the writer takes the title "The Effect of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on the Repurchase Intention of Adrsfootwear Products at Bukalapak.com". The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on repurchase intentions on Adrsfootwear products. The research method uses descriptive and verification by collecting data through observation and questionnaire where the population of 8134 uses solving formula with a tolerance level of 10%, then the population is 99. The results of the analysis of E- Service Quality, Brand Trust and Intention to Buy Back Adrsfootwear Products are necessary increase customer satisfaction with E-service quality so as to create Brand Trust towards product sales compared to other competitors by increasing repurchase interest in Adrsfootwear at bukalapak.com. Based on the results of the correlation test and the effect of E-Service Quality and Brand Trust on Repurchase Intention has a significant positive level and shows a very strong relationship and the results of hypothesis testing using (F test) can be accepted because the calculation results on Ftable> Fcount means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted.
- ItemPENGARUH E-SERVICE QUALITY DAN BRAND TRUST TERHADAP MINAT BELI ULANG PRODUK ADRSFOOTWEAR PADA BUKALAPAK.COM(Program Studi Magister Manajemen, Universitas Widyatama, 2019) Dima, Adrian FebrianaDengan teknologi menjadi kemudahan saat ini untuk melakukan proses pemasaran online, berbagai perusahaan telah menggunakan internet sebagai sarana untuk mempermudah masyarakat untuk membeli produknya dan produk rekanannya melalui situs belanja online. Dalam penelitian ini penulis mengambil judul “Pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Brand Trust Terhadap Minat Beli Ulang Produk Adrsfootwear Pada Bukalapak.com”,. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh E-Service Quality dan Brand Trust terhadap minat beli ulang pada produk Adrsfootwear. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan penyebaran angket kuesioner dimana jumlah populasi 8134 menggunakan rumus slovin dengan tingkat toleransi 10% maka populasi berjumlah 99. Hasil analisis mengenai E-Service Quality, Brand Trust dan Minat Beli Ulang Produk Adrsfootwear yaitu perlu meningkatkan kepuasan komsumen dengan E-service quality sehingga menciptakan Brand Trust terhadap penjualan produk dibanding competitor lain dengan meningkatkan minat beli ulang pada Adrsfootwear di bukalapak.com. Berdasarkan hasil uji korelasi dan pengaruhnya E-Service Quality dan Brand Trust terhadap Minat Beli Ulang memiliki tingkat signifikan yang positif dan menunjukan adanya hubungan yang sangat kuat dan hasil pengujian hipotesis menggunakan (uji F) dapat diterima karena hasil perhitungan pada Ftabel > Fhitung artinya Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.
