    APPLICATION OF WORKS VISUAL BASIC IN ROOM CAFÉ

    Visual Basic is a practical course that studies composition and is a compulsory subject for students of graphic design courses at Widyatama University. In studying composition, of course there must be an object to be composed, namely design elements, there must also be a method or method to compose it, namely design principles. Once it can be composed it will produce a contrasting visual perception or harmony. The underlying theory of visual perception is Gestalt theory. Usually in the curriculum of basic course subjects are studied in 2 semesters namely in semester 1 learn the technical ways of composing and in semester 2 learn exploration in shapes and colors. However, in the graphic design study program at Widyatama University, which has vocational education pathways, the second semester basic course has been directed to application or applied, that is, each of the results of his work or work must be applied to real media, one of which is applied to the café room. In the application process, the basic visual works are affixed to one of the cafes' wall spaces. Of course, the work must match the character of the room and in the end the result must add to the aesthetic and comfortable atmosphere. In the teaching and learning process in the basic course, an experimental approach is used in processing the composition, of course there is a continuous development process in the process of creating assignments. The purpose of this research is to find a learning method or model that can be applied to students in general as a tutorial.

    CONTROL OF FOREIGN WORKERS IS CONNECTED WITH THE PROTECTION OF THE WORK RIGHTS UNDER THE CONSTITUTION 1945 AND THE SELECTIVE POLICY PRINCIPLES

    The placement of TKA in fact gives an advantage in the process of outsourcing knowledge and technology to improve the skills and productivity of the work of TKI, but the placement of the inappropriate TKA legislation has been detrimental to National interest in the field of employment availability for migrant workers who are increasingly difficult to obtain. The purpose of research to know the control of the TKA is connected with the protection of the job rights for Indonesian citizens according to article 27 paragraph (2) CONSTITUTION 1945, knowing the implementation of foreign workers by TKI in the SCIENCE and find supervision With the selective policy principle. This research uses a normative juridical approach. The specification of the study is descriptive analysis. The data types that secondary data uses. The technique of data collection studies and analytical techniques uses a qualitative approach. The results showed that the control of TKA was executed under Article 42 Law No 13 year 2013 on employment which was built on the principles of legality, sponsorship, selective and security. Controlling the placement of TKA in Indonesia aims to protect the rights of Indonesian citizens for the work pursuant to article 27 sentence (2) CONSTITUTION 1945, but factually the policy of the placement control of TKA has not shown results that provide Protection of the work for Indonesian citizens because of the foreign workers who entered Indonesia majority of the abusive worker without the expertise of non-professional personnel. Supervision of TKA implemented by implementing the principle of selective policy through two approaches namely (a) a prosperity approach that establishes only foreigners who truly benefit the national interests and welfare of the people of Indonesia (b) The security approach of an immigration policy to provide licensing permissions for those who do not compromise state security and public order. Limitation of TKA that will enter Indonesia according to the principle of selctive policy becomes a necessity to provide priority position of employment opportunities for TKI.

    Pengelolaan kegiatan pendidikan sangat diperlukan, bukan saja dalam rangka penyediaan tenaga kerja yang handal tetapi lebih dari itu peningkatan kualitas hidup manusia Indonesia. Pendidikan mempunyai peran yang amat menentuk:an bagi perkembangan dan perwujudan diri individu. Pendidikan pada' umumnya adalah menyediakan lingkungan yang memungkinkan peserta didik untuk mengembangkan potensinya secara optimal, sehingga ia dapat memfungsikan dirinya secara optimal pula, sesuai dengan kebutuhan pribadi dan lingkungannya. Pendidikan berkenaan dengan penyiapan sumber daya manusia dalam menghadapi tuntutan kehidupan yang selalu berubah karena berkembangnya jaman oleh karena itu program pendidikan perlu selalu dikembangkan agar dapat memenuhi tuntutan dan kebutuhan perubahan dan perkembangan tersebut. Penyusunan tugas akhir terminasi merupakan bentuk karya ilmiah yang disesuaikan dengan tujuan pendidikan program diploma. Penyusunan Tugas Akhir terminasi dilaksanakan menurut bi dang kaj ian yang dipilih oleh mahasiswa setelah mendapatkan persetujuan dari koordinator tugas akhir terminasi. Tugas Akhir terminasi disusun berdasarkan hasil aktivitas proyek atau observasi mahasiswa selama di perusahaan atau organisasi lainnya yang layak untuk dijadikan bahan penyusunan tugas akhir. Manajemen mencakup kegiatan untuk mencapai tujuan yang dilakukan oleh individu-individu yang berupaya melakukan yang terbaik melalui tindakan-tindakan. yang telah ditetapkan sebelumnya. Hal tersebut meliputi pengetahuan tentang apa yang hams mereka lakukan, menetapkan cara bagaimana melakukannya, memahami bagaimana mereka harus melakukannya dan mengukur efektivitas dari usaha-usaha mereka. Selanjutnya perlu menetapkan dan memelihara suatu kondisi lingkungan yang memberikan respon ekonomis, psikologis, sosial.
