- ItemCITY LOGISTICS FOR MEGA CITY: A CONCEPTUAL MODEL (Case Study: DKI Jakarta)(Joint International Conference on Electric Vehicular Technology and Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering (ICEVT & IMECE) 2015,Universitas Sebelas Maret, Institut Teknologi Bandung, 2015-11-04) Saragih, Nova Indah; Bahagia, Senator Nur; Suprayogi; Syabri, IbnuAs one of the mega cities in the world, to meet the needs of its population, DKI Jakarta not only faces logistics problem which is low availability, but also transportation problem which is traffic congestion. Those problems show that DKI Jakarta needs an urban logistics system that is not only effective and efficient, but also that does not add its transportation problem. Urban logistics system that takes into account traffic congestion is known as city logistics. Therefore, to address these needs, city logistics needs to be developed in DKI Jakarta. The importance of considering traffic congestion in developing urban logistics systems is due to traffic conditions that are getting worse lately in many cities in the world. This research is trying to develop city logistics that is able to solve low availability and traffic congestion problems as well. City logistics that is able to solve the problems has never been developed before. To develop city logistics for the problems, it needs to determine city logistics system, fundamental concept of city logistics, and initiatives of city logistics that are able to solve the problems.
- ItemIDENTIFICATION OF MINIMUM STANDARDS IN EMERGENCY GOODS FOR EARTHQUAKE RELIEF IN INDONESIA(Jurnal of Disaster Research, Fuji Technology Press, Vol.11, No.3, 2016-06) Oktarina, Rienna; Bahagia, Senator Nur; Diawati, Lucia; Pribadi, Krishna S.Our purpose in this paper is to determine the minimum standards of emergency goods to be made available to persons adversely affected by earthquakes to implement quick, accountable emergency response activities. Our results show the minimum standards for emergency earthquake relief goods well-suited to Indonesia’s local population. Our results are expected to be used to help define the types of emergency goods required following a disastrous earthquake. Our research includes information about a variety of emergency goods determined through questionnaires distributed to the earthquake-affected persons once designated as internally displaced persons (IDPs). Those answering questionnaires were asked to rate the importance of goods based on their experience during postearthquake evacuation.
- ItemA MODEL FOR EVALUATING SUPPLY CONTRACT WITH MINIMUM QUANTITY COMMITMENT AND FLEXIBILITY(School of Engineering & University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, 2007-05-18) Hartati, Verani; Cakravastia, Andi; Bahagia, Senator Nur; Siregar, AlibasyahConcept of supply chain management emphasizes the need for coordination and collaboration between firms to achieve a win-win situation for all the firms involved. The win-win situation in a coordinated supply chain was resulted from various sources, such as coordinated order process and delivery process. Supply contract is coordination mechanism that makes supply chain player’s decisions in order process, coherent among each other. Model in this paper studied a type of supply contract that is suitably used in an agriculture product manufacturer. The manufacturer has a specific demand distribution, and often material supplied by multi supplier whose plant location is far away from the manufacturer’s site. The distinguishing characteristic of this type of problem is capacitated delivery thus encourage supplier and manufacturer to create not only an order commitment but also a delivery commitment. The objective is to determine an order quantity to selected supplier and shipping schedule at minimum cost. A solution procedure is provided for the general problem and consideration is given to specific demand distribution.
