Unemployment undergraduate and diploma itself can be divided into two categories, there are unemployed undergraduates and diplomas that come from college graduates who have an interest in entrepreneurship and who do not have an interest in entrepreneurship. Business incubators in various universities are more suitable to be directed at reducing the potential for undergraduate and diploma unemployment, which during their time became students who had an interest in entrepreneurship. Unfortunately, the number of tertiary business incubators in Indonesia is currently still limited; it’s only 80 universities having business incubators and tenants from the total of 4,504 tertiary units in Indonesia.

Although in last 2015 the automotive industry sector is quite affected by the global economic depression, but it’s expected to trigger the growth of supporting other automobile sector so that the Indonesian economy will be thrived ever since the first quarter of 2016. Many of supply chain focus research on creation of value in automotive sector is characterized by customer expectations relevance with major value creation factors while Indonesia automotive spare parts research in maintaining and levering supply chain performance for each individual actor in the chain still rare. This study investigates major value creation factors within supply chain actors affect levers for supply chain performance on automotive spare-parts industries in Indonesia. Structural equation modelling has been chosen with Warp PLS 3.0 and all samples have met the criteria composite reliability and cronbach’s alpha. The study finds both of major value creation factors and supply chain actors as predictor latent variables have positive impact, but supply chain actors had large effect sizes and important role in improving practical supply chain performance and this offer corporate attention to manage spare parts supply chain policy.

The situation of business is always uncertain. There are many factors causing this condition. However, many people seem to believe that globalization can be a main factor in business that makes rivalry among industries harder. The popularity of benchmarking in business world grows very rapidly these days. This is because it has ability to improve the performance condition of firms especially in daily routine operation level. Benchmarking is basically a sharing information among similar industry. They have a commitment relationship to fix their organization performance. Therefore, it is very essential that one of them should have a better condition than its counterpart. This paper tries to explain the situation between airport industry and reasons influence decision makers to utilized benchmarking as an instrument to improve performance of airfield business.
