- ItemANALISIS EFEKTIFITAS KEGIATAN BERLAJAR DAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR TERHADAP PRESTASI BELAJAR MAHASISWA SELAMA PANDEMI COVID 19 (STUDY PENELITIAN PADA MAHASISWA FAKULTAS EKONOMI DAN BISNIS, UNIVERSITAS WIDYATAMA)(Program Studi Manajemen S1 Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, 2022) Athallah, Mochamad RidhoPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh efektivitas belajar dan motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar pada masa pandemi Covid 19 di Universitas Widyatama. Dikarenakan adanya wabah Covid- 19, model pembelajaran yang sebelumnya dilakukan pembelajaran tatap muka kini berubah menjadi pembelajaran online. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa aktif Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Widyatama angkatan 2018 dan 2019 sebanyak 1.484 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 80 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan data primer berupa survey menggunakan kuesioner dengan platform google form. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linier berganda untuk teknik pengolahan dan analisis data. Program SPSS versi 20.0 digunakan untuk menghitung data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas belajar dan motivasi belajar siswa berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Metode pembelajaran yang berubah menjadi online kurang efektif sehingga menurunkan motivasi belajar siswa dan berdampak pada prestasi belajar siswa.

Due to the Covid-19 outbreak, the learning model that was previously carried out face-to-face learning has now changed to online learning. The population in this study were active students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Widyatama University batch 2018 and 2019 as many as 1,484 people, with a sample of 80 people. This study uses a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique uses primary data, in the form of a survey using a questionnaire with the google form platform. This research employs multiple linear regression analysis methods for data processing and analysis techniques. SPSS version 20.0 program is used to calculate the data. The results show that the effectiveness of learning and student motivation has a significant effect on student achievement. Learning methods that have changed to online are less effective that it reduces student learning motivation and have an impact on student achievement.
