Sektor pertambangan memberikan kontribusi yang tinggi bagi keberlangsungan perekonomian negara dan juga menjadi penyumbang terbesar bagi penerimaan negara, khususnya penerimaan negara bukan pajak. Namun, kinerja pasar yang diukur dari harga saham industri pertambangan saat ini sedang mengalami tren penurunan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi harga saham dilihat dari pendekatan fundamental dan teknikal. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dan yang memenuhi kriteria pemilihan sampel sebanyak 37 perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang pertambangan dan selalu tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) selama periode 2015-2019. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi panel. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-F dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji-T. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel Earning Per Share (EPS) dan harga minyak dunia yang berpengaruh terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan variabel Return on Assets (ROA), Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), dan Trading Volume Activity (TVA) tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga saham.

The mining sector provides a high contribution to the sustainability of the country's economy and is also a major contributor to state revenue, especially non-tax revenue. However, market performance as measured by the mining industry's stock price is currently experiencing a downward trend. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to examine the factors that affect stock prices seen from the fundamental and technical approaches. Sampling was carried out by purposive sampling method and those that met the sample selection criteria were 37 companies engaged in the mining sector and were always listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2015-2019 period. The analysis technique used in this research is panel regression. Hypothesis testing uses the F-test and hypothesis testing uses the T-test. The results showed that only the variable Earning Per Share (EPS) and world oil prices have an effect on stock prices. Meanwhile, the variable Return on Assets (ROA), and Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), and Trading Volume Activity (TVA) have no effect on stock prices.
