    TEACHER’S EVALUATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AT NPIC

    In recent years, advances in technology have developed rapidly, especially advances in the field of computers and telecommunications. Information technology is used to accelerate and increase the availability of accurate and accurate information and also to support the quality of processes and decision making that are more effective and efficient in the organization. Likewise, the NPIC requires a good computerized system for monitoring teacher evaluations that teach. This study aims to evaluate the performance of teachers and find out the results of teacher performance at the National Polytechnic Institute of Cambodia. The results of this study can be taken into consideration for schools and related agencies in improving teacher performance.So far, schools still use manual systems, so there are often obstacles in calculating the number of hours of teaching a teacher and will take a long time, energy and mind. With the use of such a system, schools every year often experience difficulties in exchanging information. Based on the above problems, the author raised the title of the thesis "Teacher’s Evaluation Management System at NPIC".
