Abstract
This research aims to obtain empirical evidence about the relationship of rotation and competency to motivation and its impact on the job satisfaction employee center for pulp and paper. Wherever, the employees satisfaction doesn’t maximum yet, especially in theirs allowance performance. This research result are expected to contribute in the development of management, especially human resource management. This research was conducted at Center for Pulp and Paper in Bandung, West Java. This research is quantitative descriptive research that is research on data collected and expressed in the form of numbers, although also in the form of qualitative data as supporters, such as words that are arranged in the questionnaire. The analysis tool in this research used path analysis. The population in this study were all employees of Center for pulp and paper with a total of 100 people, and the sampling technique using saturated sample in which all members of the study population sampled. The results of this research show and found a positive and significant relationship between rotation and competency to motivation either partially or simultaneously. And also there is a positive and significant effect of motivation to employee satisfaction. The implications of these findings is the realization of one attempt and have agood rotation appropriate to competency so as to improve employee motivation and positive impact on employeesatisfaction in performing their daily works
