Abstract
This study aims to test the influence of leadership styles and communication styles on the performance of employees working at the District Office North Cimahi Cimahi with job satisfaction variables as a mediating variable. The population in this study were all employees of the District of North Cimahi Cimahi both civil servants as well as freelance workers. The method of sample used is a method of census due to the small number of the population. Data collection techniques using field studies and literature. Primary data in this study were obtained from the data collected by sending a questionnaire. Methods of data analysis used to test each hypothesis is path analysis. The results of this study indicate that the test of the hypothesis H1 is accepted that means variable style of leadership and communication styles have a significant influence on job satisfaction, hypothesis testing H2 acceptable means variable style of leadership and communication styles have a significant influence on the performance, test hypotheses H3 acceptable means job satisfaction variables provide a significant effect on the performance variables. Last accordance linear regression results obtained that the style of leadership and communication styles have an influence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction as mediating variables
