Abstract
To find out the feasibility of investment that are going to do, needs some right calculation to avoid some loses in the future. A investment project brings a risk that can't be avoid for definitely, so that's why a firm or individual that are going to invest their capital should do some capital budgeting analysis for that investment project.
The objectives from this research are to find out that investment that Workshop Wargi Motors will do in the future is feasible or not. And to predict some probability that could be happen using sensitivity analysis so that could give us some answers is that project still feasible to be done if there are some situations out of control from the firm.
The methods that used for this research is descriptive method, that describe some case then be analysed to provide the answer from that case. The analysis that will be used for this research are net present value, payback period, internal rate of return, and profitability index. Whereas the datas that used are secondary data and got from owner.
The result of this research shows the investment that will going to do Workshop Wargi Motors has payback period for 2 years 4 months 23 days, the net present value is Rp. 51.926.87, the internal rate of return is 29,36% and the profitability index is 1,25.
The conclusion from this research is the investment from Workshop Akur Jaya Motors that are going to do is feasible to be done because from the analysis that was tried before, gave some excellent result. Some suggestion for Workshop Wargi Motors is they have to keep the sales on the line as the target that already fixed before, because the sales has a big contribution to keep the balance of it's business.
