From those five factors Openness, Conscientiousnes, Extraversion and Agreeableness are the variables that give significant and negative impact towards the work stress. Neuroticism is the variable that gives significant and positive impact towards the work stress. The highest impact are Extraversion dan Neuroticism, while work characteristic variable gives significant and negative impact towards the work stress.
