This research paper is entitled "The Influence of Service Quality To The Employment Decision Using The Medical Service at Polyclinic YWBI PT. INTI". The research is done to observe how much the influence of service quality to the employment decision to use medical service at polyclinic YWBI PT INTI, and it is done with an advice of Mr. Prof.Dr.H. Surachman Sumawihardja, S.E., as an academic adviser. The object of the research which is located at polyclinic YWBI of PT INTI is the implementation of service quality and employment decision PT INTI is a company. This research used survey descriptive method in order to describe what the company does based on its own facts, survey descriptive method is also used to describe the process of changing facts into data, and then analysis quantitative is used. To test hypothesis use verify method. Hypothesis test included zero hypothesis decision, statistic choice, and significance pointed of independent variable toward dependent variable. In this research, path analysis is used to test hypotehesis. This research shows that tangible, responsiveness, assurance and empathy influence the employment decision both partially and simultaneously, to take medical service at polyclinic YWBI PT INTI. Tangible factors that influence the employment decision are comfortability, hygiene of the clinic, medical equipment, and employee performance (15.95%). Responsiveness factors included efficiency and accuracy in administration service (8.62%). Assurance factors included free from error diagnosis and prescribing (9.49%), and empathy: giving attention, active respons and attitude of fair to patients (60.65%), and from reliability we get insignificance influence. The most significance influence toward employment decision in taking a medical service at polycinic YWBI PT INTI (Persero) comes from empathy. The management of Polyclinic YWBI PT INTI (Persero) can improve the service in order to attract more and more employment coming to the polyclinic by improving their service quality physically. Meanwhile, service quality in medical field can be improved by making a good relationship. Medicine supply can be held by polyclinic pharmacy and maintain the quality. More than all of those, additional service such as acupunture, reflection massage, or medical herbs can be other service that can be choosen.
