Abstract: Information system used in an organization is the result of the development through a set of stages and activities. These activities rej2.r to a common cycle which citlled the system development life cycle. Currently, there are many approaches in modeling the system development lye qvcle, one of them is FAST fiamework FAST Framework emphasizes the concept of sharing documents (repository) at every stage of development and conskits of 8 stages rangingpom problem identijication to system installation. In general, the activity in each stage is not much diferent from other life cycle models. In this stu& FAST fiamework is applied as the approach on systems analysis and design activity to develop infirmation system for career-path based on case study at PT. Pos Indonesian, human resources division. The system is needed by the HR department in response to the implementation of the new rules of career system based on personal career value. Due to limited time and resource, the implementation of FAST pamework is limited to phase 7, construction and testing. The final result is to develop the information system that can adopt new rules of career patterns and can map the position of each employee in the career patterns and positions that currently applies.
