Abstract: Website utilization in the field of business has not been evenly felt by businesses, especially by small businesses. Similarly, SMEs Elin Arts lodge in its business process, especially the delivery system product information to consumers is limited only by friends and relatives. Through the creation of web-based marketing information system is then expected to help SMEs Elin Arts cottage can utilize information technology such as the Internet to build web-based applications as a medium that effectively and efficiently to help the operations of the company.
