Abstract: The goal of these researches are all about work ethic, leadership style and organizational influence of employee work performance at PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung. The data is collected by spreading the questionnaires to PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung Employees. The questionnaires are spreaded to 45 respondents. These Analysis Data Researches use multiple linear regression with the help of program SPSS windows version 17.0. these researches consist of dependent variable, moderator variable dan independent variable. This dependent variable research is work performances, This moderator variable research is organizational commitment and This independent variable research is work ethic and leadership style. The result of these researches show the work ethic doesn’t impact to organizational commitment of PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung significantly, leadership style doesn’t impact to organizational commitment of PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung significantly, work ethic doesn’t impact to organizational commitment of PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung significantly, leadership style doesn’t impact to work performance of PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung significantly, work ethic and style significantly influenced to work performance at PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung employees, work ethic, leadership style impact on work performance to empoyees at PT Pegadaian Kantor Wilayah Bandung significantly with organizational commitment as moderator variable empiric discovery indicate that company management should take notice whole factors such as work ethic, leadership style and organizational commitment because those factors prove us the low and high employees performances influence. Teoritical implications and suggestions for researchers in the upcoming also explain in the ending of these researches.
